Bathroom very tired and dated. Flush mechanism on toilet hanging on by a thread! Hole in ceiling. Grubby grouting. Not good enough in a superior room. Balcony in desperate need of maintenance/cleaning. No biscuits!

The reception area is not inviting and doesnt represent the rest of the hotel. The queues for breakfast were big and a lack of staff meant that tables werent cleared quick enough to cope with demand. The shower screen is too small meaning I flooded the bathroom floor. The handle in the shower means there is little room to move around and I kept banging my elbow. The spa facilities were out of use, this was one of the main reasons I booked the accommodation.

The room was large and very quiet. All throughout was clean and there was a good choice for breakfast.

Unfortunately the pool was out of action while we were staying which was a shame as this was one of our reason for choosing Ufford Park for a family weekend, but Lynn the resort manager, went above and beyond to make up for this by making sure my kids were well looked after on the golf facilities. We couldn't have asked for anymore as it was just one of those things.

We went away for a long weekend to celebrate my husband ls 50th birthday with family and friends. The staff were absolutely amazing at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the reception, bar staff (Dan plus many I didn't get the names of) were so friendly. Our room was lovely (premier room) it was huge, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was great, as was the day time menu at the bar, and the evening menu which you could have in the restaurant or bar area. The crazy golf and driving range are definitely worth a go too. Lots of fun for all aged! All the staff at the spa area were helpful and friendly too. We definitely will return in the near future!

We were not impressed that you could serve pate as a starter without toast or bread (just pate and a little salad). We were told that you had run out of bread!! Not enough milk / sugar in the room

Room smelt a bit musky, could be cleaner in places such as the shower head was covered in limescale and wipeable marks around the bathroom heater. Could do with modernising in areas. Although this is very picky stuff, the room was clean and staff were lovely.

Fantastic surroundings. Great view of the golf course from the bar and restaurant. Food was excellent. Love the golf course. Challenging without being soul destroying.

Although room was OK some maintenance needs to take place. We had no hot water our first morning which was sorted out for us whilst out for the day. But there was an issue with the toilet continuously running water as the flush valve had gone, this is something that should have been noticed by the cleaning teams whilst in the room as it was very obvious and the room should have been out of use until resolved. Instead we had to report this to reception who have now notified maintenance. The rooms could do with redecoration (wall paper peeling in places, radiators rusted, paint chipped/marks on the wall). We were only staying for a couple of nights so not a huge deal for us overall but if staying longer would have been disappointed in the rooms for the price charged.

Great location. Easy to access other local areas you might want to visit. Lovely outdoor terrace with views over the golf course. Good breakfast selection. Staff were helpful when issues raised.

The woodwork in the room could have done with a wipe. Areas of paint needed touching up. Breakfast was a bit hectic- coffee machine in the wrong place

At dinner time my girlfriend ordered the shell food dish which only came with 1 prawn and 4 muscles if this was an appetiser this would be fine however this was sold as a main for £25 & the pina colada didn't taste or look like the traditional drink. The other food was good though. No toothpaste in room however the front desk provided us with some

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed The views the facilities that were on offer with the room; swimming pool, sauna & steam room And the extras such as the driving range & mini golf the staff were all friendly and went above and beyond, the other facilities looked great however we were only staying for one day We had a great time and was sad to leave
