We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely beautiful hotel luxuriously decorated both bar, restaurant area and rooms, very clean and comfortable with lovely food and welcoming friendly management and staff. I would highly recommend this fabulous place to stay. We would Definitely book it again if we're near there again.

United KingdomThe breakfast service was chaotic....lack of staff, tepid food, lack of hot plates in the servery. Dinner was very good. Wine too expensive. No air conditioning in room. Dogs in restaurant. Room wasn't ready on arrival.
Site and interior decor were superb...obviously a recent refurbishment. We would stay again.
