A little shabby inside. Kitchen chairs well past their use by date as faux leather covering coming off and gave a poor first impression. Could do with a proper clean skirting boards and doors dirty. Not a full set of cutlery or crockery ie only 3 bowls, 2 mugs no bread knife, 1 teaspoon etc

Good location, nice to have outdoor space. Good kitchen, full size cooker and fridge freezer. Central heating worked well and shower was great.

Mattress and pillows not to everyones taste but you are not at the Ritz here so context is everything Location was fab and bed was clean so for me it was a pleasant stay The staff in the laundrette coming to work and decided to chitter chatter in the courtyard at 8am !

Location was great - in the town close to all bars and restaurants This property is an old building so you are going to get areas that may need attention eg:: decoration But overall this is good value for money. The beds were not amazingly comfortable but not horrific - clean sheets and towels which is great Bathroom is tired but nothing too drastic You are close to a laundrette but machine stopped at night Was nice to have an outside space also Easy to get keys from the cafe over the road Overall it was a lovely weekend and an adequate place to stay.

The bed (double) was very low to the floor, and extremely uncomfortable, the springs could be felt through the mattress.

Location was excellent for the centre of town, directly opposite the Co-Op, 5 minutes walk form pubs, bars and restaurants. The lounge was large and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and a decent size.

It could have done with a better clean, the blinds were very dusty and bed side lamps, there was even dust on the kitchen utensils on the worktop. There were marks on the walls and a dirty oven tray in the oven. But saying that the bedding and bathrooms were clean!!

In an ideal place, plenty of room in the appartment. No parking but enough parking on side of road overnight.

The bathroom in the apartment could do with refurbishment. The bath was old and had a bright blue/green stain on. The shower on the other hand was lovely and powerful and looked brand new. Some of the wallpaper in the twin room was coming off the wall.

The woman at The Crown who gave us the key, was really helpful and showed me exactly where the apartment was. She also offered good advice on where to shop and which places were open and when for food.

Could've used more tea / coffee / milk. Floors were a bit creeky. Luckily, we had decent neighbours but noise travels easily between floors.

The free wi-fi wasn't working which was disappointing but we were only there 2 nights so not a major issue. The boiler needed topping up with water to function properly for heating and hot water.

The bath in apartment 2 was not very nice as it was all stained. The mattresses in the single beds were thin and not very comfortable

There was rubbish on the floor of the apartment the fabric on sofas and a scatter cushion were dirty. There was no tea towel to dry up and no cloth to wipe tabes etc. The internet was not working and being with a teenager as you can imagine they were not happy, not that they are on there phone lots but it did say internet was provided, so we could not connect to the Netflix via smart tv to have our movie night. I have four children and we give doing presents at Christmas. It was time for my daughter and me to have some fun away from our reality… it’s not the end of the world but it was a little disappointing.

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. Perfect to stay in with my toddler so he has free roam and can do as he pleases instead of being stuck in a hotel room.

Although clean, bedding, bathroom, kitchen, in desperate need of addressing damp/crumbling plaster and some TLC could be an amazing little find!!

Great position, far enough away from the clock tower. Although lots of steps, manageable. Cafes and bars with restaurants all close by.

No welcome pack, would be nice to have tea, coffee, milk etc available on arrival. Although the apartment is directly opposite a local shop so it was easy to purchase supplies.

Location, small village with quaint pubs serving quality, home cooked meals. Great place to stay to explore Elan Valley

The hot water tap in the kitchen had no water though hot water was present in the taps in the bathroom and toilet. A washing up bowl, washing up liquid and a tea towel would have made washing up easier !

The decor in the sitting room was lovely and the querky layout of the property over different levels.

a mirror in the bedroom would be helpful, together with a few more sockets (there are none available in the bedroom (there is just one double socked on the far side of the double room and that has the bedside lamps plugged in ) Also some hooks on the bathroom door and/or a towel rail would be helpful - to hang wet towels

The locations is fabulous, right in the middle of Rhayader - easy access to everything. There are 2 good pubs a fish and chip shop and the Ty Morgan cafe/bistro (all owned by the same people!)

The stairs down to the kitchen are difficult. Could do with a hand rail. Also a new frying pan is a good idea and cleaning sponge.

There was no bathing soap or gel provided; there was no shampoo or hair conditioner provided; and while the booking said the amenities included a hair dryer, there was none.

We liked the location away from the nearby busy street corner and the town clock, which chimes all night. There was lots of room for us and our luggage. It was a nice feeling being in an apartment instead of an impersonal hotel.

The beds where very dissapointing the second rooms bed was too low and made alot off noise my son found it very hard to sleep. The apartment was clean but had no cleaning facilities so was hard to keep it clean after use.

The best part was the town it was soo beautifull and clean the people wer soo polite and nice. The apartment was nice and clean.

The two single beds in the first bedroom were comfortable but extremely squeaky whenever you moved , Pillows were also very lumpy. We had someone's leftover fish and chips still in the microwave, apartment could do with a good clean had some marks on some of kitchen doors, skirting in bathroom, tv in the lounge etc.

Location was fab, easy check in & out. Parking to the rear, spacious apartment, outdoor space to the rear. Lovely local pubs and restaurants.
