You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomOnly continental breakfast available here and despite pre-confirming with the host, no gluten-free bread or gluten-free cereal was available (we double checked!) - so my partner had fruit only. Didn't see the hosts throughout as all entry is done via door-codes so nobody to speak with. Parking unclear but x2 permits are available in the B&B for the road directly outside but only on first-come, first-served basis. Parking restrictions are lifted later overnight.
Very clean, good location and w-ifi all worked.

We had two short stays at this B&B. It was easily accessible from the railway station and entry, via the instructions sent prior to our arrival, was easy. Breakfast, self-served, was totally acceptable and we enjoyed the variety offered. Our specific requests, regarding our luggage storage between our two visits, were amply met, and we found our luggage ready in our room on our return. We were also appreciative of the thoughtfulness in giving us a larger room for our second and longer visit.
