The sofa in the kitchen area could use a cushion, as the seat goes too far back on its own to sit back comfortably. I took a pillow through which worked OK. On arrival I found a clump of hair in the shower which I removed with tissue and put down the loo. Otherwise everything was clean but it's not a good look for a first impression! Bussing it in and out of the city centre took a bit of detective work but was fine once you knew what to catch!

The apartment was nice - ideal for one person I would say, ok for a couple. All facilities in good order. There is an oven/microwave combo which I didn't get round to, but I did use the hobs and the fridge to good effect! TV in kitchen-cum-lounge area a decent size and streaming apps available. There is a bin with a recycling compartment, and another under the sink that I took to be food waste (hope that was right!) The communal garden area looked nice, although I was mostly in the apartment while there.

The apartment was a bit dark. The light by the mirror didn't work - we had exactly the same problem last time we stayed. If we had been trying to work or read, it wouldn't have been ideal.

Very comfy bed. Well equipped. Nice big window to open. Bathroom nicely equipped.

The small settee was very uncomfortable unless we used our pillows. Our personal preference would have been to have the television opposite the bed as in most hotel rooms, although we understand why it was located in the kitchen/seating area.

Thoughtful and well-equipped apartment in close proximity to a large Sainsburys. The location was very quiet, and near to a park and ride facility which offered other options if travelling into Cambridge.

Exactly as pictured, room was huge and comfortable and had everything we needed - nicely decorated as well. The surrounding facilities - bar, restaurant and cafe were all so helpful to have around. A bus stop right outside the building that takes you to the city centre in less than 15 minutes. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Really really loved the property - wouldn’t hesitate to stay here or one of their other sites in the future.

No fire exit signs. Stairs was locked with no access to the fire escape route. We order a cot and it was confirmed. However it was not available at the time require and we had to chase twice before house keeping provided it. There was no linen that fitted it and we were provided with a oversize sheet. There was only one bath towel for a two people stay. We stayed in a self catering apartment and I think there should be a small starter pack of washing up liquid and a washing up sponge. It is impossible to contact the company by chat bot or telephone. No on responds

Really lovely apartment with a beautiful outdoor balcony space. Well worth spending a little extra for that. Very clean, wonderfully comfy bed, really helpful staff. The restaurants, bars & gardens were brilliant. Loved the Woof package - very doggie friendly. I would definitely stay there again

Very close to the Park and Ride, which we chose to use rather than drive into the centre of Cambridge. Extremely comfortable bed. Great to have cooking facilities and washing machine.
