Arrived early greeted by lovely staff left luggage in office went for a walk around to get our barings centrally positioned for evrything collected keys gt wattsapp with all instructiond apt lovely clean and modern bed very comfy definately go back again felt like home from home highly recommend milk and coffee provided aswell as hairdryer and iron nice and quiet on a night aswell even though on main street

Cleanliness.The sofa bed and mattress in lounge still had food on and was so un comfirtable it was useable . The rug in the lounge had chewing gum on. Cutlery was not clean in the draw.Food up the curtains in lounge . Gashes out of the paint.

As the bedrooms were at the front of the property it was very noisy with constant traffic using Duke Street all night, hence we were woken up a lot

Everything! Amazing location very friendly staff. Superb layout, clean, comfy and modern. Will be looking to book again :) Recommended to par at the bee carpark about 5mins walk with children. Best and very cheap car park. Thank you Epic Apartaments ❤️

I can genuinely not fault this place, even the price is value for money.

I stay here on a regular basis and it never disappoints. Fantastic location, secure property and very cosy and comfortable.

The floor had marks on in the living dining area and looked a bit messy.

The location was perfect, we were at a wedding in the Brunch Club.

The lift didn’t always want to open on the 4th floor. Which resulted in us having to come up again.

Excellent location close to Liverpool One. We were given a bigger apartment then expected which was amazing. We also used the car park right next door that was £30 for 24 hours but got it half price when we said it was cheaper elsewhere.

However, traces from previous renters could be seen everywhere (damages on the interior). Windows do not provide sound proofing, even properly close in one of the bedrooms. Carpeting in the rooms always leaves the feeling of uncleanliness. And I am sorry I will say it in the comments, but I felt like somebody had laid on our bed sheets before. There were wrinkles and some hairs on the left side. I contacted the property. It was after 11 pm. Their response was to look for another set of sheets in the wardrobe. Well, I slept with my clothes on and we washed and dried the sheets on the next morning. This whole situation just left an unpleasant feeling about the hygiene during our whole stay. Location cons - It is situated on a busy small street, especially noisy around weekends. There is a dancing girls club across the street. If I may, to the hosts: Your city is often visited by football fans, they are not all vandals, as in our case, but usually it increases the damages on Your property. You withhold such a great amount as a damage deposit, that I wanted somebody to come and confirm the damages that were there before our arrival. I've read the comments about it. No one came though. So, we took like 50 photos of everything to have some proof. Our deposit is now returned, I am relieved. But the others that lost their deposits would probably like it to go for small renovations and updating some textiles that are stained. And may be lighten up the grey walls and ceilings in the bedrooms that make them boxy. Beautiful art on the walls, however the paintings are too big for the small walls; there is a chair that blocks opening the wardrobe. And the tables under the TV in the living room could be better switched with the one in the hallway that is lower in height and the huge TV lowered a bit on the wall after the switch. New rug..etc Once again, I am sorry for being this miticulous. Design is part of my profession.

Easy access, close to transport and center. The design effort in the apartment is there, and the quality of the chosen furniture and accessories. So, it is a cosy place equipped with what you could need. Stores and restaurants nearby, too. I am thankful for the communication and quick reaction. My dad lost his document case. He is around 70 and is absent-minded. Well, they found it not but at least they acted quickly and we could rule out the apt as a potential place of loss.

There were no kitchen scissors in the drawer of the penthouse. It would have been very useful if there'd been a kitchen roll provided. Complimentary biscuits would have been very welcome to go with a cuppa on arrival. Now that I know these things, next time I come I will bring these little extras.

Comfortable beds in both rooms and an added bonus was there were 2 shower rooms/toilets.

Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities you could want. We accidentally left our house key with the cleaner and they were very attentive to make sure we got it back. Also fantastic price. Cannot complain at all!

tv in lounge didn’t work . Reported it , engineer attended said it was wifi but still didn’t get sorted .

Helpful staff great location . Grateful to have found it for the grand national when our original accommodation cancelled our booking on check in 😤🤦‍♀️
