Great stay as always! This time we had a bigger room which was great. We've stayed here many times & have had no issues so it was nice to have a slightly bigger room. Staff are super friendly & helpful which is why we try & stay here everytime we visit. Perfect location next to Paddington, Tube, bars & restaurants. Nice clean room. Coffee & tea facilities. Hairdryer. Fan. Plenty of wardrobe space. No lift, wasn't an issue for us & they do offer to carry your bags should you require help, so that's good.

Noise. can hear underground but stayed here before so came handy to have earplugs. I was on ground floor nearest to front door so was a little noiser from hotel guests standing and speaking load outside door and doorbell ringing . Maybe post signs about being courteous when coming in late to not talk loud in hallways and being quiet. Tv minimal channels . That being said i would stay here again. Met my needs

Convenience to paddington station. Compared to other highpriced hotels for 1 night . Rooms updated since last time which was nice . So many eatery to choose from. Room service was an addition as well from last time which was good if you didnt want to leave room.

Great location , close to Paddington Station and Heathrow express. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and help full. Especially Buddha who worked the 7PM-7 AM shifts. Buddha took the time to answer our questions and showed a genuine interest in making sure we enjoyed our time while staying at the Hotel.

Rooms are small. In some rooms the bathroom is bit uncomfortable. However that's pretty common in London.

Location is excellent, right next to the Paddington station. Restaurants and souvenir shops right next to the hotel. You can leave your bags at any time if you arrive before your check in. Room was clean and nice and staff was very nice, friendly and eager to help.

Room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. Not very comfortable, but to be fair typical of that vintage building.

Hakeem was our only contact at hotel and he could not have been better. Friendly, positive, made me feel like friend not a customer. Location was terrific local, neighborhood like atmosphere, good restaurants, Tube nearby.

The room was very small. Barely any room between the bed & the bathroom. I also wish they had breakfast, but that's ok.

Mehdi & Oulaya are wonderful hosts! Carrying my bag up the stairs was very important to me. Great location. 1 minute walk from Paddington Station! I would certainly stay there again.
