No extractor or dryer in bathroom, so the tiled /marbled bathroom remained very slippery which was very unsafe.

Everything, from a mouldy ceiling to the tiny triangular shaped room, nothing like the one I thought I booked online, stupid courtyard lights outside my room that stayed on bright all night to make sure it's impossible to sleep! Only stay here out of desperation when absolutely nothing else is available or sleep in your car, best thing to do is avoid the place completely and drive to somewhere near civilization as its hidden down a country lane with no kind of amenities nearby at all!

The room stank of cigarettes, because there's no smoking area so people were smoking directly outside my room. All night, because the only people who would stay here aren't trying to sleep. There's no soundproofing and there was about one hour of quiet between 10pm and 7am. And as the doors are mostly window (even frosted) I could see the constant stream of people standing outside my door. One of the plug sockets wasn't attached to the wall, another sparked when I tried to use it. The bathroom was cramped and poorly designed. If there was WiFi there was no instructions on how to use it and the place seems to be unstaffed overnight. Was booked for two nights but after the first I booked into another hotel nearby and would never go back!

It hasn't been completed for custome couldn't fit in the bed to small shower had no drain so floaded whole room no WiFi or signal it stated it did was very rough uncomfortable telly didn't work cracked walls dirty no towels no cheak in service we arrived late they refused to let us in when we had concent to come late from head office ut with arguing we got in I cant express my disappointment in this place my partner has done his back due to the sleeping arrangements the whole place didn't feel open safe or welcoming at all will not be returing again they need to shut and sort the place out its unsafe we couldn't use the toilet as they built it to close to the shower so we couldn't fit round to sit on the toilet tiles brick works falling apart its so bad im surprised its open and not been shut down .

The whole experience was dreadful. No communication from staff. Poor hygiene. Poor facilities. I have put a serious complaint in due to the floors being laid poorly with sharp edges to which my partner cut her foot on. Broken glass around the whole establishment. No matienamce. I asked for an ice bucket and was given a Dulux paint tin!! This place is an absolute joke. I have notified trading standards to how poorly they are operating their business. TUDUR OAKS LODGE SUOULD NOT BE OPEN TO PUBLIC!!!

Building looks derelict stinks of damp yellow damp patches up the walls, broken floors squelching wet when stepped on, bags full of empty drinks and dirty plates stacked in courtyard, bedsheets felt damp, cans of air fresheners scattered around, could not stay there.

Shower flooded bathroom and ran under the floorboards in the bedroom, health and safety risk. No bin anywhere in room. No tea and coffee provided. Very unprofessional greeting. No hairdryer as advertised. Cleanliness was poor, stained towels, dirty bedding.

Not properly clean. There was no toilet paper available in the room and hot water was difficult to manage, The room was very cold. There was no soap, only one towel, no rug in the toilet, … Very bad place for the price.

Everything. Staff were clearly surprised to see someone book there. I feel like the other reviews saying how amazing it is must be fake. If I were a lone woman I’d have been frightened for my life. The smell of damp and mould will never leave me. It’s like a ghost town property. Please. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here. I checked in, used the WiFi for half hour to find somewhere else and left, appalled. Property will not accept their property is disgusting despite photographic evidence. Honestly. AVOID lest you get the plague.

Location is great for travel but very little around in the way of local amenities.

Very close to the A1 so good for business travel, staff Syed and Han are very helpful and friendly, room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay at a very competitive price.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were genuinely welcoming and generously upgraded our room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. Our upgraded room was tastefully decorated and featured a luxurious bath and shower, adding a touch of indulgence to our stay. Throughout our visit, the staff provided attentive service without being intrusive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom, marble tiled floor, heating, environment decoration.

The Hotel is right on the A1 with direct access via the northbound lane and easy access (5 minutes) via the southbound lane. A very nicele refurbished and decorated classic building providing an amazing and refreshing atmosphere. Also a magical place for small weddings or events which may require accommodation for your honoured guests. The rooms and ensuite bathrooms are decorated with actual marble throughout which adds tremendously to the aesthetics, comfort and functionality of the rooms (no dirty carpets or cheap plastic tapestry). We'll heated and air-conditioned for the summer days. The rooms provide this luxury feeling and comfort you wished you could find in all hotels. Still needs a bit of finishing off work on some corners but this barely affects the experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Ample parking at the front and on the side.
