Lot of things really full of idiots screaming and shouting bed bugs and just a bad area for drugs and prostitution we came on arrival and took us hour to get in

The big city life if you wanna go to get drunk and have a night out it’s a good place

Room disgusting, kitchen was like a meeting room for the long time Residents, baby's crying all night, loud music, TV a right pain to work, The kitchen was so dirty food everywhere. But it was a cheap place to stay for the night .

Close to shops for hot food as you would not cook or eat in the place . NO BED BUGS.

We gave our arrival time as requested, then spent 40 minutes in the rain trying to contact the property to check in. Kitchen was beyond filthy, everything was caked in old moldy food

Well, I am grateful I had a room to stay and at first it seemed OK, although a little run down, but I expected that. Until night time came and I saw a bedbug in my bed that had sucked my blood (I killed it). I couldn't sleep the whole night because just was not possible to relax knowing there are bedbugs. Also, the corridor was full of strong cooking smells, there was no bin for rubbish, no soap (I ended up buying and leaving it there for next guests) or hand towel in the bathroom. Basically, until the owner significantly improves this place (cleans, renovates, terminates the bedbugs, gives instructions on what to do upon arrival), I cannot give a positive recommendation.

Well, it was room and after waiting a while and trying to reach someone by phone, someone arrived and let me in. They also asked for a deposit for the key, but that was not mentioned anywhere before the booking, so I refused it and they said OK.

So when I got there for 4.30 check in I was told the room had been double booked and 'good news' they had found me somewhere else in the city centre, which was fine. Guy on the other end of the phone just could not understand that the new place has no parking, and that I booked Trigg hall because of the parking. He effectively said it is none of his business where I park (even though original place had parking and new one didnt). Eventually went back to Trigg hall but had to wait until 6pm to check in which was rather inconvenient for me.

Good price for City centre location. Only paid £37 on a Saturday night so I wasn't expecting luxury. A steady room and en suite bathroom which served a purpose. Also parking on site. Flexible check out time

the property was not maintained properly or cleaned properly the furniture was also old and the room needed redecorating the kitchen was old and there was inadequate utensils and cutlery the entrance was not maintained properly and smelt. I was late in checking in because of traffic and I was travelling from London and I had to pay a £20 fine

only good thing was the location as it was close to the centre

communication was non existence security was bad The main door to the hotel was inoperative and insecure, thier was no reception at the hotel ,the hotel appeared to be under refurbishment, the room I was allocated was dirty the shower was grubby the sink was cracked the hotel appeared to be accommodating asylum seekers which made the hotel very noisy, with all this said I would definitely not be ever stopping at this hotel ever again

Lighting in the room (just a blue uv light and really hurt my eyes The bed covers had blood stain or something all over them so ws couldn't even use them Shower didn't have a light No toilet roll

A Television Set in the Room would have been nice.

This Property was Clean, Comfortable with Helpful Staff. All for a Very Reasonable Price. The WIFI was Free, and the Reception quality was Excellent.
