We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom 28 was a bit pokey although well decorated. The shower room was smart and well-equipped but also very small. The window looked out onto a scruffy flat roof which would be much improved by making it into a living roof with succulents etc. However, we realise that this room was never advertised as one of the best. The downstairs area definitely needs a design makeover but i'm sure the owners are aware of that! Just painting all the dark wood a light colour would much improve it!
Staff were very friendly. Food was excellent! Bed was comfy. Location next to the sea was lovely. Parking was easy.

United KingdomThe tired look to the buildings, some of the internal decor and furniture in bar area (ripped seating). Shower room was extremely smelly.
Excellent staff. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast really good. Building looks very tired, so it was a delight to find the room quality was extremely good. We were in accessible room in tower house - fantastic size of room, well actually a suite. The view was fabulous.

United KingdomOur room was on the first floor of an annex and the stairs to the first floor were very steep. As we were only staying for one night it wasn’t a problem because our bags were small and light. I wouldn’t have liked to to carry a heavy case up there.
It was in a lovely location and the room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities.

United KingdomOur room we knew would be small.. that was ok, but the noise from the restaurant extractor fan in the evening annd early morning was awful as was the view of a tatty area and the extractor. It spoiled the ambience of the room.
Great location and easy to park. Tasty breakfast in main dining room. Good evening meals in the dining room or the ‘Inn’. Good to have different eating venues with completely different ‘vibe’.

Really friendly staff throughout the hotel made it a welcoming place to break up our journey for the night. Loved our room with a sea view - spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Also really appreciated being able to have a couple of swims in the pool (with lovely warm towels from Reception). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. Location was perfect for catching the ferry from Holyhead the next day.
