We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWonderful local pub nearby, although local taxi firms not very accommodating - we ended up paying £30 for a 1.5 mile ride back to Trading Boundaries! Fine if you're happy to drive, but we wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine over supper.
Beautiful place to stay in the Sussex countryside. Quirky & beautifully appointed accommodation. Staff so very helpful & friendly - and an extra special mention to Charlotte who went above and beyond. Thank you!

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn't like, although I was concerned about checking in between 4 and 7pm due to the length of our journey. I needn't have worried as the staff phoned me during our drive to check our anticipated time of arrival. When we took a break I phoned them and paid for the room and they sent us a key code so we could access the room if we were late, although we did actually make it by 6pm. (I thought the payment would be automatic through booking.com)
When we stayed for two nights this week It was quiet, peaceful, and far enough away for us from the hustle and bustle of Brighton where we have family to visit. They do host weddings though, so you might wish to check if there are any booked for when you plan to stay. The bedroom was lovely, as was the dining area both of which were a bit unusual, and quirky. We were able to take our dog; he sat under our table when we had breakfast, and there are fields which belong to the property we could give him a bit of a stretch around.
