We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I have stayed previously and the apartment is ideal for access from the train station. It is clean and well appointed. Access to the apartment is easy and there's no need to wait for anyone to check you in or whatever - all done by key codes etc. Great to have a small kitchen with fridge and microwave plus basics like teabags and sugar.

United KingdomThe only issue was there not being a hairdryer in the room (luckily we brought our own) and there not being a plug socket anywhere near the mirror so was unable to use hair straighteners/hairdryer in the mirror sadly. Otherwise no complaints here :)
Lovely modern and clean accommodation. Excellent communication with all information needed. Was comfortable, warm, extremely quiet and ideal for staying over after an event at Barnsley Metrodome within walking distance. Parking wasn’t an issue and overall great value for money and a pleasant stay thank you :)

United KingdomThe bedroom! It was under the eaves and had no window and hardly room to move. We had to sleep with the door open as it would have been too stuffy with it shut. The bed was very low so difficult to get in and out of. (We are over 60!) Also the pillows were very thin. A hairdryer and toiletries would have been a nice touch

A comfortable, clean house on a small, quiet street in the very centre of Barnsley. Very close to the train station and interchange, no additional transport is required. The room has all the amenities needed for an overnight stay, including a TV and an individual bathroom. There is also a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare food and drinks. Access to the house is explained in advance, and the rules are clear and aligned with the objectives.

United KingdomThe property was nice but really steep stairs and when we got there the cleaner told us the settee was broken and the legs had fallen off! Can’t be helped as only just found out but we had to take all legs off to sit on it. Didn’t realise how close the bed was to the ceiling, it was like a closet. There was no milk coffee or sugar left out but we could have taken some as in an apartment, it said there would be some.
It was close to where we wanted to be and very cheap. The shared kitchen was quite nice as we went with relatives and too small to be together in the rooms.

Totally renewed appartment in an existing building. Very nicely done and comfortable. Basics for meals in the kitchen, like coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc. Netflix or YouTube available on telly. Larger kitchen with dining table available on ground floor, for shared use. Friendly and helpful owners and good communication. Thank you guys....

United KingdomAccess = problematic. Key box was unlit & difficult to see code to open quickly (friend was desperate for toilet!). Another code on room door inside. No anti-slip mat in shower cubicle - I'm elderly & have balance problems
No breakfast provided but found excellent cafe (Cottage Kitchen) in Elsecar (6mls) where we were heading to an auction at Heritage Centre (lovely pub - The Tavern and great bar in Heritage Centre too). Very well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer & lots of space. Room was cosy, bed comfortable and well provisioned (towels, furniture, inc folding work table)
