Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandTowerView is a really well situated apartment in the middle of Cushendall village. There are cafes, shops, coffee spots and various other local shops & pubs on the doorstep. We also found parking really easily and close-by. The apartment was spotless, really clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The key collection was very easy. Overall I would highly recommend TowerView to anyone spending time in Cushendall & the surrounding area.

Very convenient to shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s in the heart of the Glens of Antrim so it is excellent for sightseeing and walking tours. The host was friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend Tower View Apartments to anyone.

Apartment was very clean and spacious,although there was alot of traffic outside you couldn’t hear a thing once windows were closed,everything needed for our stay was available,and the host left cake and biscuits for us which was appreciated,would highly recommend.

This is a bright, clean, comfortable apartment in a central but quiet location. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner kindly provided cake, biscuits, milk etc. The communication was efficient and the check-in easy. There are shops, pubs and restuarants witihn easy walking distance. The local people are welcoming and friendly and the town has a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Surrounding the town is a breath-taking, unspoilt landscape that adds to the charm of this beautiful place. We had a great time.

United Kingdomthe provided post code is wrong - we had some difficulties to find the flat. shower is not fit for purpose. after so many bad reviews the host still doesn't want to look at that problem. sad. we wouldn't give a high rate for the property cleanness...
we loved location. the property is on the main street, plenty pubs and shops around. the bedrooms are on another side of the flat - we got the quiet nights sleep thanks for a fresh milk and biscuits.
