We had booked for 4 guests - though we managed, imo it's a stretch for 4 adults.

We liked that it was clean and tidy when we entered the property.

Nothing - we throughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time glamping and we were throughly enjoyed our stay. It was surprisingly spacious and space was cleaverly used to accommodate a family. There were spices and little touches left that made it even better. The chickens that visited every morning was lovely and everything was clean and ready to use for a family. This is a family must!

    stay was to short.

The children liked the chickens a lot and the ability to make a bit of a fire in the evening. The general standard is at a pleasant level and according to what you pay for. It is very clean and I liked the cleverness of the space solutions.

The roosters come every morning and sometimes in the evening. At first, you feel nice about them but when you bring your food outside in the sit out area, these roosters 7-8 in the number, will surround you and will make every possible effort to get food from you. That becomes annoying. And they will follow you to and from the pod if you have food in your hand.

Lovely place. In the middle of the countryside. Quiet and calm. A totally different experience from the hotels. Good for short stays. The location direction from the host was perfect. Nice sit out outside the pods. Wendy and Jack are very helpful.

We loved our stay, no negatives

It was our first time glamping and it was amazing. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful with a forest to explore and lovely walks along the river. We enjoyed our visits from the friendly hens in the mornings.

There was nothing we could fault, we liked everything about the pod and the surroundings.

The glamping pod was beautiful, spotless and surprisingly had lots of space for our family of 4. The kids loved the fire pit outside, and the chickens which greeted us each morning. There was lots of little touches which were great, such as spices etc in the cupboard and shortbread for a snack. The surroundings were lovely and peaceful, but so close to aviemore and inverness for days out.

Couch was very hard. Not very comfortable. Unable to get in or out of the side of the bed. Had to get in from the end of the bed. Not ideal for an old body like mine. I do understand though there is no extra room to give. It is what it is.

It was a good size for 2 people. Fully self contained including two ring hob. Very clean.

There was nothing we didn't like on our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Great location and a super pod. Very well looked after and the grounds, recycling bins etc were also well arranged and organised. We woke to find seven hens on the pod's little veranda and they provided great entertainment each morning we were there!

There weren't any faults with the pods or the stay, but if I had to say one thing then I think there should be at least one more sign leading up to the campsite, just to let travellers know they're almost here. I wondered if I got lost when we reached the small bridge, but it's just a little further around the river.

I cannot rate the Tomatin Glamping Pods highly enough. The pods were like a home away from home, so very comfortable. The space was more than what I was expecting. The facilities far exceeded my expectations, with basically a full kitchen and bathroom (the shower was to die for). We were happily greeted by a flock of gorgeous, friendly hens who really topped off our experience here. It was so quiet and peaceful, we were able to have a small fire pit on our last evening and had a childhood favourite for dessert. These memories will stay with me forever and I can't wait to share this place with my friends and family. Thank you, thank you!
