Unfortunately, I really didn’t enjoy breakfast that much, food just seem to miss the mark and we ended up waiting 40 minutes for someone to take our order, in the end I had to go and find someone to take our order for salmon bagels which were just okay when they came! (so much cream cheese) Which was a shame because the dining room area was lovely. But I noticed we weren’t the only people that had been forgot about.

The surroundings were fabulous and the view of the Titanic Museum! The size of the room was nice. The staff were helpful.

Nothing bad to say - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Perfect location, museum opposite and the dry dock only 10 minutes walk. Staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, ordered off the menu, it was delicious 😋 Room very clean and bed comfortable. Building is like a museum in itself, which I didn't expect - we were walking the corridors to read all of the information on the walls and look at each photograph. Would highly recommend and will return in the future.

Only issue I had was events seemed to get loud from 10pm til midnight when your above this hall. Also being in the room next to the lift - you can hear the lift going up and all down all night….

Beautiful hotel and decor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was nice too (and I’m a fussy one)

More toiletries in the room. The bottles were tiny and not enough for two people.

Beautiful old building and interior with historic significance in the middle of the Titanic touristic area. Easy riverside walk to the centre of the city. Uber costs 6-12£.

It’s to be expected, but it’s on the more expensive side. Room service had a ‘tray charge’ of £5 which I didn’t know about before ordering, or before tipping the young lady. I tipped her before looking at the bill and then discovered a service charge on top. My fault for not checking, but I don’t begrudge the young lady the tip one bit!

Staff were exceptional. Stephanie (I think?) on check in was an absolute delight! Hotel is beautiful, the setting is impressive and historic, and the rooms are exquisite. We stayed here as a base for the Titanic Experience and SSE Arena. Plenty of amenities nearby and the hotel staff were really helpful in looking after our bags, organising taxis for us, and recommending places to eat and drink. AC was appreciated too.

There wasn't anything that we disliked, if I'm to be a little picky room 239 is a little bit noisy in the morning but I appreciate that deliveries are being made

The room was a good size, the bathroom also. The furnishings are very good quality. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the food is great. We were expecting the hotel to be very good and we're not disappointed

Enjoyed our time in the drawing room restaurant and bar, but we thought maybe the service was a little relaxed at times. Some of the restaurant staff could have been a little more attentive. This was just a small thing and didn’t spoil the over all experience.

A very warm welcome and introduction to the City. Relaxing stay, with excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. We loved the history and artefacts around the hotel. Very grateful for how the Reception staff were so invested in making our departure as smooth as possible after having our flight cancelled by the airline.

The teapots that we were given at breakfast were horrendous.. brown inside and grubby outside …. I wouldn’t have this in my home never mind paying almost £300 for 1 night in the Titanic hotel! The cutlery could do with being updated too! Steeping in baking soda would do the trick

Lovely breakfast and the area was very nice..

Buffet breakfast was nice until kids were up without their parents and coughing into the hot plates. Stray hair in scrambled eggs ruined it.
