Nothing in particular. As we booked two rooms we couldn't help noticing that one of the rooms and it's equipment appeared to be slightly older than the other one. However both rooms were very comfortable and clean. :)

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. They did an absolutely stellar job with redecorating the rooms and we especially loved the breakfast room/lounge. I appreciated that the owner sent an email prior to our stay to inform us about directions and also dining options close by and reminded us to book dinner in advance. We booked two rooms with one of them being absolutely stunning, beautiful interior, equipped with a Japanese washlet toilet and a smart TV.

The mobile reception is poor but this was not unusual even for the towns.

The property was clean and decorated to an exceptional standard. The breakfast was also exceptional quality second to none as were the coffee. The area the property stands in is idyllic as is the surrounding area. The bird feeder was very entertaining while enjoying breakfast.

It was a shame the local pub wasn't serving food during the week as it would have been nice to have been able to wander along there for an evening meal.

This is a beautiful house with an amazing host. We had a lovely stay in a very comfy room with great home made breakfasts. The garden is lovely and the honesty bar worked well. Lovely little balcony to sit out and enjoy the views when it was sunny.

Very nice house, beautiful grounds, excellent cooked breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is really stunning. Staff went above and beyond and were genuinely lovely people. I would highly recommend this place.

Our host Sandra was very friendly and helpful, and made us immediately feel at home. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bed was top. We enjoyed a great breakfast with a view on the garden and birds. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and you can park your car close to the entrance.

Our hosts Sandra and Chris were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfect, very quiet, clean and comfortable. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept perfectly! Quality of breakfast and gorgeous flapjacks in room all added to the excellent experience. The whole place had a great atmosphere and it was a delight to sit on the terrace having a glass of wine and watching the myriad of different birds. Thanks for a fantastic stay

Made very welcome, very clean, food was exceptional. The decor was very tasteful. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you need for a break away. The garden was full of plants and wildlife. Nice walks and places to eat.

Nothing to fault.

The location was peaceful and very charming. We could sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the bird feeders and the beautiful garden. The room was excellently presented, comfy and with some nice touches like scrumptious flapjack pieces. The breakfast was wonderful. Nice short walk to the Ty Gwyn pub was an excellent meal, warm welcome and great characters serving us. This is a great central location to visit some great North Wales tourist attractions and return to a haven of quiet.
