Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Had an amazing stay at the Timbertop, from the moment we walked in was well looked after. We had room 5, was large, clean and very comfortable. Having breakfast in the room was perfect for us, as we was eating at our leisure. Have recommended to all my family and friends. If your reading this looking to book, I would say go for it your not be disappointed.

Francesca kept in touch with me and even met us outside as we had a wedding to go to and so we were able to drop off our things and freshen up quickly after a long hot drive. The suites had everything we needed plus very much appreciated complimentary breakfast ( very early start back next morning). Totally unexpected bonus was found inside fridge ( I hadn’t seen this when we dropped off our things) - bottled water,orange juice,yoghurt,fruit pot,fresh milk,a picnic container filled with various fruit AND another container of snacks cheeses,mini sausages,tomato meat cheese sticks! Nearly forgot all the pastries and fresh fruit! Thank you SO much. If we come to Weston Super Mare again this is where we will stay . We came by car and were able to park in the private car park. Ps. The rooms were quiet and beds very comfortable.

The lady who greeted us was absolutely delightful, gave us loads of information and explained things to us etc. She was so lovely, gave us some tips on what was on in the area. The apartments are beautiful, we had a terrace and it was such a sun trap! We were provided with trays of fruit and cheese, a little breakfast setup as well! Milk, orange juice, a coffee machine, kettle, etc. Everything was stunning, beautifully decorated and such a treat to stay in! About a 3-4 minute walk to the sea front (a lot of stairs though) so it was perfect! I'd definitely stay here again, everything was fantastic.
