A dream cabin with a large yard, excellent breakfast and a low price, 20 minutes from Luton airport, exceptional hospitality.

Could not find a single fault!!

I cannot rate high enough. We were so so happy with our stay. The room was so cosy, and the host Louisa thought of absolutely everything. We had a fridge in the room with fresh milk (not cartons), bottles of fresh orange, bottles of water, yoghurts. Biscuits in the room, teas and fresh coffee, little boxes of cereal, two little tunnocks tea cakes! The bed was so comfortable, big tv infront of the bed. This was the third time we had stayed in the area over the last two months, we had stayed somewhere else the previous two times and both said we wish we had stayed here instead! We’ve stayed so many places before for nights away and nowhere has ever been so accommodating with all the little personal touches. Louisa was so friendly and welcoming. She even brought up a cooked breakfast in the morning to our room which was incredible. Could not recommend highly enough!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Very quiet location, short drive to Heathrow for early morning flight. Very comfortable bed and great cooked breakfast delivered on a tray to the cabin. Would def stay again

T I was greeted very warmly and Louisa couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The full English breakfast, served in my room, was excellent. The room hadctea-making facilities, biscuits, a microwave and fridge containing bottled water, milk and fruit juice

Lovely large well equipped and freshly decorated room. Owner met us on arrival made us tea and showed us our room.Very friendly and welcoming. Room had tea and coffee even so the owner brought us up two slices of cake with cream.

The host/owner, Louisa made us feel so welcome. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower powerful and hot. The breakfast served to our room was piping hot, perfectly cooked and good quality and quantity. Would HIGHLY recommend. An illuminated or slightly bigger sign would help to find the lodge when arriving in the dark.

There was nothing not to like, everything was perfect and Louisa was also a perfect hostess.

Exceptional full english breakfast with the best toast ever, lots of nice little extras in our garden lodge. Superb location for commuting but such a quiet and peaceful location set in a lovely garden.

That HS2 made life difficult. Eg big detours by car where you could walk in the past

Some people might like a more central location but then they would be missing a wonderful experience staying here.

I loved this holiday partly because of this accommodation, which I found faultless. The location, the staff and the food gave my short break a real lift. I would recommend this accommodation whole-heartedly.

One thing to mention is the hose on the shower is leaking.

Beautiful cabin in peaceful surroundings, comfortable bed, spotless, nice linen and towels excellent choice of tv channels fridge with essentials spot on 👍 milk, orange juice great touch, beautiful breakfast ***** hosts were friendly and welcoming will definitely recommend and be revisiting.
