Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IsraelCould use some more electric outlets. Not enough light in the room. TV received no channels. At the reception they present a few clocks from around the world, e.g. London, New York, and also "Palestine" - the correct name is "Israel" if you don't mind. That did not give us safety feeling as Israelis. The staff were quite friendly though.
Location near Gatwick airport, travel by local bus, good for early flights. They also offer shuttles to the airport. Breakfast starts 4AM (nice!). We did not have breakfast though, we didn't wake early enough. Large window, that was nice, although it is facing the street. Friendly staff. Also have room-service, we didn't use it. Yummy FishNChips nearby.

United KingdomJust a warning that we were unable to book a taxi or Uber from Gatwick (£80 for a 5 min drive!!) at 2am. Had to get a bus to the hotel which only ran once an hour on Sunday Nights.
The 24/7 Reception and check in was perfect for us who were arriving late at night after a flight. Free Breakfast included. Accessible by local buses to/from Gatwick

United KingdomI had paid for airport drop off and pick up but was not told when booking that they do not collect after a certain time of night . When rang to ask them to collect me even though they had the details I was told they wouldn’t collect me and to get a taxi. I had to beg them to collect me since I had already paid them and then they was still reluctant. Spoilt my holiday specially when it’s late at night after your flight and you have a 3 hour journey home on top.

United KingdomRoom was noisy (street noise), the bathroom was in poor repair (loose floor tiles, lots of black mould, toilet flush was intermittent, leaving the bathroom quite smelly. Breakfast was pretty poor, mainly prepackaged food, with quite a bit of it out of date (jam had mould in the jar, yogurt was a couple of weeks out of date).
Good price, friendly staff and comfortable beds, Airport transfer service was punctual and cheap.

CanadaThe breakfast, too many prepackaged food. The bed very uncomfortable. I expected to pay for pick up from airport to hotel, but not to pay for being taken from hotel to airport, no indication in booking info that this was an extra charge!😩
The location was great. The staff were very attentive. The Indian restaurant was one of the best. You can see they are trying very hard to bring hitel to a higher standard.
