We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe phone in our room was broken so we couldn’t call down to reception. The tea station looked like it hadn’t been stocked in a while, there was only decaf coffee. The breakfast was not great, bit disappointing considering the price.

United KingdomWe stayed in room 3 and it didn’t have a shower! There is a tiny shower head on the bath, the bath that doesn’t have a shower screen/curtain and there’s no bath plug. Made showering very difficult and kept flooding the bathroom, please install a proper shower for your next guests as that one would be better for washing a dog!

United KingdomBreakfast selection very poor, full English was really the only selection available. No fruit, no muesli or cereals no selection of juices ,no pastries. On request I was given some cornflakes on the second morning and was also able to get apple juice. Dinner o.k but not very inspiring.We had requested adjoining rooms but on arrival were told that one room was in the main hotel the other in the annexed explained that we had asked for rooms together but was told that Booking .com were in charge of allocating rooms. After some discussion we were given 2 rooms close to each other, one of theses was totally unacceptable but was changed without any fuss.This hotel although inagood location and blessed with friendly and willing , though in experienced staff ,does not merit a 3 star rating.

United KingdomThe room was very dated. No full length mirror. The lights are too dim for make up. Mirror too far away when sat at desk to see anything. Wall paper ripped under the window, looked very tatty. Water leak on ceiling and walls. Spoon in room had tea stains already on it before use.
