Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

So tranquil and relaxing, exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. The property is delightful, spotlessly clean and every possible item required for a B&B is there for you, the attention to detail is what stands out at this property. The breakfast items supplied were of high quality and perfect for our needs, breakfast on the patio watching the birds was wonderful each morning.

The place is really cozy and peaceful sourrounded nature. We enjoyed watching the birds outside whilst having an extensive breakfast inside. Debbie thought of everything and we didn't miss anything. Debbie is a really friendly and attentive host. We liked our stay very much! If we could and didn't have to work the next day we would like to stay even longer! We would highly recommend this to anybody for a quick getaway or break.

A fantastic retreat! I would highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful location, very comfortable room with an equally comfortable bed and a lovely garden, part of which is screened off to make it private for the accommodation. Every detail has been thought of and catered for.

What a find, for a very last-minute weekend break 😊 The studio accommodation was very comfortable and the decor and furnishings were of a high quality, showing that a lot of thought has gone into it. Debbie was a lovely host who provided plentiful continental breakfast items in our room. She gave us some salad items from her Nursery to bring home, which were absolutely delicious. The RSPB Pagham Harbour was 350 yards down the road and we spent a glorious half-day walking one of the trails.

United KingdomThere was nothing I didn't like. All excellent.
Lovely clean, comfortable room in a beautiful and peaceful location. The host, Debbie, was super helpful and friendly and on hand if needed. There was an excellent selection of breakfast items - cereals, jams, marmalade, tea, fresh coffee, etc. Chichester is just a twenty minute bus ride away and the RSPB Pagham Harbour reserve is just down the road. Lots of birds attracted by the bird feeders just outside the property. Really fabulous B&B; will definitely be revisiting.

United KingdomThe entrance from the main road is a little messy but I guess to be expected since it’s a working farm, and perhaps even a part of its charm.
It was much prettier than in the photos, inside and outside the accommodation. Very clean, with all the necessities. Quiet and secluded although the owner was around if needed. Lovely having a glass of wine outside in the evening sun. Should we need to visit that area again we’d definitely stay here again.

United KingdomThree Oaks Nursery was perfect for our two night stay. The room and bathroom was very clean and our bed was very comfortable. We were well equipped with an excellent range of breakfast facilities and foods and there were lots of options for hot drinks etc. We were able to control the temperature of the room to our likeness and the shower had good heat and force. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet location and we particularly enjoyed watching a good range of birds visiting the well stocked feeders just outside the main window (also RSPB Pagham Harbour is only a minute away). The owner was very helpful with directions and was unobtrusive throughout our stay.
