I don’t feel comfortable about that the room was without a bathroom and I was not informed when I booked the room.

No fault of theirs at all, unfortunately we were in the middle of a heat wave and the room was very hot. A fan was provided, but it was too noisy to use while trying to sleep.

The location was great for our visit to Hereford. Easy to find with ample parking. The room was lovely and clean with comfy beds. The bathroom was also spotless and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely stay!

An excellent nights stay at the Three Horseshoes Inn, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the twin room which was lovely, the attention to detail was nice, bear in mind with this room that the bathroom is private but just down the hall. We had dinner in the pub which was great and breakfast the next morning was plentiful with fresh/local ingredients. Would definitely stay again.

I wish there had been a mirror in the room. It might also be helpful in the booking confirmation to stress which pub/hotel it is. There is another pub of the same name in Hereford and we ended up at the wrong one. Apparently it is not the first time someone has done that.

Our bed was a bit on the lumpy side and springy! Would have liked some bathroom toiletries, only hand wash available. Cleaning lady in the mornings kept banging a door which is on the same floor as bedrooms. Maybe it was our alarm call each morning!

The pub was well located for our needs. The rooms were bright and clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good hearty breakfast in the mornings.

A certain amount of noise from the floor below, especially from the kitchen and the extractor coming from it. The ensuite door refused to close. Although there was a hair dryer, the room lacked a mirror.

A nice, big and generally well-appointed room with a comfy bed and two armchairs. A ready supply of hot water. Quirky branding touches on cushions, handles, hooks and surfaces, carrying through the theme of the "Two Gloucester Calves" after which the room was named.

Comfortable beds. We had a party of seven and the property has three rooms, so our family had the emotive property to ourselves for the night. It was very nice. The food in the restaurant was delicious. One of our favorite meals for the entire two week vacation!

We were asked to pay in full at the time of booking in. I can see the logic of avoiding problems chasing debts from dishonest, non paying guests, but it’s always nicer to feel trusted!

Parking and booking in were easy. Our room was a decent size, clean and comfy. We had a good value/ good quality evening meal, and in the morning we were again pleased with the quality of the breakfast. For a country pub, the Three Horseshoes excels.

Easy check in. Friendly helpful staff (all of them). Well cooked food - evening meal and breakfast. Comfy bed. Very warm, especially upstairs - meant to bring a fan - but it didn't matter as there was one in the room, so slept well.

Sadly the place is on a main road so you can hear traffic with windows open.

Great little location for a wedding in Dewsall court. Easy to check in and to access. Breakfast was great!
