Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United KingdomThis really was the only a minor. In the group of 3 men, were over 6” tall and while the 2 double beds slept well 2 of the singles beds were on a slight shorter size. His feet stick out but apart from that all beds are comfy.
The whole place was very clean comfortable. Absolutely love the touch of not only tea and coffee available, the host also left each room a pint of milk and some cereal. Plenty of off road parking considered we have 3 cars. Cant fault the place and amenities. We didn’t get to meet Jamie but 100 % on communication was ready on the email and text. Would recommend and would stay again if we playing golf in Perth area.

IsraelAbsolutely nothing. It was the best of experiences after a long, wet, hectic day.
We were on our way to another place and got stuck due to extreme weather and blocked roads. We booked online at 19:00 and the apt. was ready and warm when we got there at 20:00. The rooms are lovely, very clean, very comfortable. The bath and shower are great, each room has tea/coffee facilities, some morning cereals and chocolate bars, also a fridge with fresh milk in it. Jamie himself was extremely responsive and helpful, he recommended some restaurants for us, reserved a table and made sure we park correctly to avoid a fine. The apt. is a short drive from down-town Perth and I will definitely stay there again if visitting Scotland.

United Arab EmiratesI found the pillows didn't work for me - i would suggest a variety of different types of pillows would be good.
We stayed here with family (3 couples) so to find accommodation such as this was just perfect for us. The location is quiet and in a nice community so it has a safe and relaxing feel to it. Just 100m down the road is a great restaurant called the "Brown and Blacks" which was amazing. There is also a corner store and petrol station. Perth is a short 5min drive and so is Scone Castle. Rooms where well equiped with cereals and milk and all utensils required. The rooms each had a fridge and kettle. Very clean and tidy.

United KingdomNothing. But if I may make a suggestion; I like to use shampoo and a bar of soap when I'm showering, and I would have liked this supplied. Just the tiny bottle of shampoo and soap so often seen in hotels would have done fine.
When I booked this accommodation I was looking for two rooms for my friend and I in a hotel, but I'm so glad I found this place first. But I should say that the instructions for the Key box on the "booking.com" website was wrong. Luckily the owner was easily contacted and he arrived with the correct key code. He had in fact sent me an email with the correct key code, but I did not check my emails before arrival at the accommodation. So perhaps it was my fault!!

United KingdomPerfect location for us after visiting Perth races. Lots of space, very clean nicely decorated rooms and we were left cereals and milk for breakfast which was welcomed. Nice and quiet street which is perfect when you are not used to traffic noise at home! Restaurants within walking distance. Off street parking and good location to find. All in all it couldn’t have been better for us. Very good value too

The communication from our host by phone was fast & friendly even though all booking.com messages went into my spam filter. the beds were SO comfy, the little extras like milk & cereal were a really nice touch & to be unlike my normal self 😆 the fancy TV provision was fun because we don’t have TV at home so it made the kids day 🤣 bathrooms also great and well appointed with toiletries incase you forgot something. We are hoping to come back one day for longer this time!

The property was clean, well decorated, spacious and modern. The bathroom and en suite both had excellent power showers. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Perth city centre. On site parking was a breeze, and very safe. Lovely touches throughout the property-great Wi-Fi signal throughout, fridges in each room with milk for cereal and drinks, a microwave and nice big cups for a decent brew!
