Exceptionally well maintained gardens and interiors. Well trained cheerful staff. The stay was in fact faultless and we were reluctant to leave. Truly wonderful scones.

My third time staying at this magical place! Our suite was incredible & the food is just wonderful. Absolutely love staying here - so much so our wedding is booked here for December, can’t wait.

Our room was located on the ground floor and unfortunately the people in the room above us were very inconsiderate stamping backwards and forwards late at night which we found quite disturbing. Also breakfast was quite disappointing

Some of the older areas ( we like to explore the historic attributes) were cordoned off. Make more of the history! The staff made up for this with their knowledge and enthusiasm

We were very happy with everything.

It’s a beautiful historic property, gorgeously decorated and very well maintained. It’s a luxurious place, and absolutely worth it, if it’s in your budget. The staff is great as well, friendly , welcoming, and helpful. You will need a car to get there easily.

Only thing that I would say and this is just down to my personal preference, in my opinion the mattress was too soft.

It was a lovely hotel that I would highly recommend. Very friendly attentive staff. Beautiful castle building and grounds. Amazing food and drink.

A wonderful place to stay for a Tudor Castle experience. Rooms are beautiful as were the surrounding gardens. Staff were welcoming and helpful, food was lovely, especially the English breakfast. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay and experience

Staff are wonderful and very accommodating with queries and requests. Food is delicious. Rooms are absolutely stunning!!!! Clean and well maintained. We took the history tour which was amazing! It's just a beautiful place to stay!

For us the only disappointment was the food which, though nicely presented was lacking in flavour. The pea soup was so bland that it could have been anything. It was quite expensive especially the wine. In spite of this we were prepared to give it another try the next evening until we realised that it was the same menu which apparently is seasonal.

beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. the gardens are lovely even though it was September and past their best. Staff were charming helpful and professional. Our room was top class with everything anyone could want.

No air conditioning. Also room by us had three dogs that began barking because owners left them in room alone. We asked management to move them and they did. You may want to evaluate your pet policy. $400 a night is too much to pay to have it ruined by barking dogs!

The toilet was in clear glass cubical - should have been obscure (nit picking here) My wife would have love there to have been a bath

Absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the Lady Jane Grey suite. We went up the authentic Castle stone circular spiral stair which led to our First floor suite. It was perfectly furnished, a perfect temperature and absolutely silent. The opulent shower suite oozed class and sophistication. The four poster bed was so comfortable. We had the best time
