We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalSadly, the window was opened. Because I got there late, the room was freezing. But I was just too tired to complain and ask for another room, so I can't say they weren't available to change... Anyway, window closed, and the duvet was warm enough for the night.
Great value for the price paid. The room was more than enough, and the free coffee and tea at the reception were a plus. Very good location, and the desk open after hours is very convenient.

United KingdomSadly it was smelling smoke, despite I have booked a non-smoking room. The taxi booked by the reception didn’t drop us off at the airport departures area, we only noticed after he left because it was dark and the driver said the airport was “right across the road”, and we’ve never had been there before. He implied it was a short walk, but we needed to walk about 10min to get there; I assume the driver wasn’t willing to pay the airport fee, which we would happily paid if he had told anything. If you’re booking a taxi with the reception help, make sure the driver will drop you off inside the airport.
Comfortable bed, clean, good shower, close to the airport. Very friendly reception staff, they packed an early breakfast given we needed to checkout at 4:30am. They also arranged to book a taxi.

United KingdomThe only issue was the breakfast which is served after 06 am. If you leave early, you can enjoy it (but this information is available upfront, so is not something to argue about much).
The room was nice, on the 10th floor, with enough space for a single person, and a big and comfy bed. No AC but there was a fan available, but it is not that hot outside anyway. Big TV, lots of channels, a nice small office where you can use your laptop. Nice and clean bathroom.

JerseyThere wasn't anything bad at all. Relatively basic but exactly what you expect. You have to find your way through a mall to get there but it's still a top location in practical terms, once you've found it at least.
I didn't have breakfast but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff seemed nice. You could help yourself to teabags and fresh milk from the lobby 24hrs, which is handy for tea-drinking night owls.
