The stairs are original ...steep and deep.

Good position for the Woodbridge to Southwold strip. Pub across the road. Dog walk on the Common across the road. Spacious but not huge. Good kitchen and enclosed garden

We had extra help from Aldeburgh Seaside Cottages, when heath fire in the village started. We were moved to another cottage overnight for our safety. All done proactively and very efficiently.

Stairs are rotten and need replacing. Second bedroom is actually on landing which we were not aware, so not really bedroom. Me and my husband need to be sapereted so one of us can sleep with kid, as not safe for children due to very steep stairs and risk of falling. Smell of drainage from bathroom and kitchen. Not well looked after - bench outside seen better days, so the windows. Just need sanding and a bit of paint.

Perfect location to explore near places. Nice and comfortable. Nice little garden. Well equipped.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay, notwithstanding the boiler and drains issues.

The boiler made some rather concerning noises when in central heating mode and the display suggested it needed servicing. The drains were rather smelly at times. The local pub was disappointing, so gave it a miss.

A quaint Suffolk cottage and garden in a quiet location, providing an ideal base to explore the nearby coast. Just hope that Sizewell C does not proceed, as will blight the whole area north of Leiston.

It would have been good to have had a few more basic items such as a tin opener, wooden spoons for cooking. Not expensive items but would have made life a little easier. Otherwise, a good cottage and location, thank you.

Nice little cottage, just perfect for our stay which was visiting relatives.

Bathroom stank of raw sewage upon arrival, and continued to smell that way for the duration of the stay. Consequently, experience of showering not ideal. Stairs to the bedroom were very steep, which may cause difficulty for some.

Good location, lovely garden, secure for pets. Kitchen well equipped. Space for car to be parked on driveway. WiFi included, sofa comfortable.

Sadly the cottage needs an overhaul. Quite tired looking. The stairs were VERY steep with no carpet. The second bedroom is on the landing and so have to walk through it to get downstairs. Cleanliness wasn’t brilliant. Old sofa with crumbs++ in between cushions.

did not like the adjioning bedrooms..not disclosed until after we made our booking -although we were offered a cancellation. VERY steep stairs..again not disclosed in the initial description. we came down backwards! grubby decoration with mould in places. upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom with steep stairs inbetween.

central location for discovering the surrounding area....quiet like the cooking facilities and china etc except mugs are too thick and heavy like a truckstop..would have prefered smaller mugs in better china
