Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room had a tall narrow window with curtain. It would benefit from a tie back to allow more light and air in to the room! I left this suggestion with the staff.
Great location for my visit. Friendly and efficient staff on reception and breakfasts. Room clean and good value for money - even had a deep bath for a long soak after walking the city.

United KingdomThe reception area seems a little outdated and upon entering the building through the back it wasn’t the cleanest with there being dirty socks ect on the stairs leading up to the reception area (completely understand may have just fallen from someone’s bag or something going to the car)… my room was clean overall. The service from the reception team was lovely everyone was relatively friendly however in the morning going for breakfast we didn’t really interact with anyone we had someone take a order and bring the food but no one came to check if everything was ok… it wasn’t, the food was all stone cold which was therefore inedible so who knows how long it may have been left for before being bought to the table. I would stay again if I needed to be near the o2 but I would pass on the breakfast for sure.
I like the bedroom itself, the bed was comfy. I liked the big windows in the room and the little coffee and fruit ect provided was a nice little touch. Free WiFi and car park on site but £10 a night which could be pricey if staying longer than a night

United KingdomNeeds a good update. Room was hot and the curtain didn't close as hanging off the rails. The window was painted shut, but was left open.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Nice touch with fruit, but it was bruised. Breakfast wasn't cooked to my liking but the staff happily recooked it. Parking was secure and wasn't that expensive.

Told only slots left for breakfast were 720 or 740 got down for my 740 slot to be told it was bank holiday and start at 8. So went back to my room and came back later. I could have had bit more sleep !

Nice coffee tray, with biscuits and fruit. Discount voucher for Racks, which we went to and loved it. Great food and good atmosphere.
