We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sofa beds not comfortable for anyone other than young children, would book 2 double rooms next time for our family of 4. Lock broken on bathroom door, light above mirror and extractor fan not working.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Food great. Ideal location for alton towers trip. Basic but comfortable room with what we needed for a 1 night stopover.

Rooms were clean, very quiet for a Friday night. The staff were very friendly. The food was good and price was even better. There's a Tesco, aldi and a mcdonalds right next to it and the hungry horse restaurant joined on to the hotel was lovely. Recommend stay and would go again.

Very hit and miss. A couple of breakfasts the bacon wasn't cooked as I asked and the fried eggs were very rubbery. This mornings breakfast (27th), however, was perfect! Bacon was just as requested, and lovely perfectly cooked fried egg. Choice of breakfast is good. Continental selection also good choices..

United KingdomThe bathroom could have been cleaner- black mould on sealing and some corners of the bath. Toilet didn't flush properly and the shower wasn't very hot.
Staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfy, good sized room, complimentary tea/coffee, really nice pub attached with good food and wide selection of drinks. Location was good- only 20 min drive from Alton Towers which was the main reason for booking.

United KingdomFloorboards creaked, we had the room above reception and closest to the pub so was really noisy and when the window was open it let in the smoke from people having cigarettes outside. The headboard wasn’t attached to the wall correctly so creaked every time you moved. Mattress on the sofa bed was very thin so not very comfortable for the kids. (We had a family room).
Location was good, Alton towers nearby.
