The rooms are quite small, but this was no surprise as it was listed - and this is London after all! For the price tag entirely fair.

Bedding was a bit of a let down, very thin duvet which came out of its cover. But that is the only thing you could say negative!

The staff were unbelievable, best service I have ever known. We were upgraded on arrival to a bigger room as well!

Rooms were roomy and had plenty of closet and drawer space. Staff were always willing to int help and quick to respond to requests. Small dining area but efficient and welcoming. Minutes walk to tube, restaurants and shopping. Perfect place to just stroll the neighborhoods too.

The Roseate staff were warm and attentive. We received an upgraded room, which was spacious and extremely comfortable, included a sitting room and balcony. Added extras like a cool juice drink on arrival and fresh fruit in the room were welcome. The powder room was separate from the bathroom. Just a short walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park, the hotel's location is excellent. We would return in a heartbeat.

The customer service was not up to the standard we expected for this level of hotel. We phoned reception to ask for more tea bags and milk to be brought to our room. Nothing happened. We waited 1.5 hours and then went downstairs ourselves.

The hotel is beautiful and we appreciated the upgrade to a suite. The location is marvellous and the outlook leafy green.

The entrance up steps is not great if you have a lot of luggage, but staff on hand to bring luggage in to hotel and lift available once inside.

Great location for Paddington Station and Heathrow Express. Staff were all very attentive. Good food.

The noise from the floors, when sleeping rooms do not isolate properly the noise.

There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky I found the bath slightly difficult to exit given the the fixed shower screen.

We stayed in balcony room overlooking street which was lovely and where, because of some outstanding weather, we could enjoy afternoon tea.. We had dinner one evening and full breakfast daily - all the food was excellent although I felt dinner slightly overpriced. Found all service from reception onwards excellent including our departure where we had a number of pieces and were assisted by a very nice doorman [name unfortunately not obtained].

Maybe the executive room would of been better with a proper windows to look out of rather than a louvre window , as felt more shut in It was still lovely though

The rooms can be more soundproof. Was awoken both mornings around 7 by the sound of water running next door. Could clearly hear conversations from other rooms. Other than that, all was swell.

The quality of the room, amenities and excellent professionalism from staff. It was the best hotel experience I had in a while. Good to see hotels still providing quality a stay.
