Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineWhen opening the taps there was sometimes a strange loud hum. However, if you turn the tap more, the sound disappears.The right elevator is a bit slow, it's better to take the left one. Otherwise, everything is fine.
A cosy hotel very well located: very close to Paddington station, yet on a quiet street. We were greeted very warmly at reception and even felt as if we had been here before, visiting old acquaintances. Special thanks to the manager, Svetlana. Our room featured a great seating area with a kettle, coffee machine, and a fairly large table. The bathroom had everything we needed, including excellent soft bathrobes and towels. The room was clean, and the classic style furnishings gave a sense of aristocratic vibe to the hotel. Parking is quite expensive, but it is very convenient to leave the car right outside the hotel if you need to go out and travel by car during your stay. We loved everything about it and will definitely come back again!

It was so close to Paddington station- very easy with luggage! Room was a good size. Loved having a bath!! The staff were amazing! Daria rang and sorted my luggage which didn’t come off the plane with us. Oleh helped me buy tickets for Buckingham palace. Jrisha printed them for me. They even decorated a plate with a slice of cheesecake on it with a farewell message on it for us!

United KingdomPetite double room is rather small with very little space around the bed. The standing shower area doesn’t have a detachable shower head or taps for lower access whilst showering. Some members of staff were indifferent towards us as reflected by lack of welcome drinks (other guests were offered)
Excellent location, lovely hotel and rooms with a nice bar downstairs. Lift access is also welcome. Room service and other services are all top notch. Piyush was extremely helpful and courteous.

From the second my wife and I entered this wonderful hotel we loved it. The staff listened carefully to each of our wishes and fulfilled them instantly with kindness und in a friendly and all in all wholesome manner. We arrived rather late in the evening - no problem! We had to depart very early and way before breakfast - we mentioned it and we had some wonderful breakfast bags "to go" prepared for us. The location near Paddington Station is central while (rather) quiet, the rooms are perfect, the staff is as hospitable as possible. We even got a free upgrade of our room to a stunning suite which made it difficult to even want to leave the room for sightseeing - not to mention beeing welcomed with champaign since it was my wife's birthday present to even visit London and staying at Roseate House London. If you want to enjoy - really enjoy - your stay in die royal capital, it seems very hard to experience anything disappointing here. We recommend Roseate House London to all of you without hesitation. If there might be anything during your stay that bothers you or if you have any questions: Just talk to the wonderfull staff there and you will be helped immediately. GermanyRoseate House London is a beautiful hotel in a historic building in the middle of London, close to Paddington Station. We had a room in the basement, but don't worry: spacious, clean room furnished with great attention to detail: antique furniture, fruit and water as a welcome, Nespresso with capsules magically refilled every day, bathrobes and full bathroom amenities. And it's so, so quiet. And then it's about people (I don't want to use the word staff): warm welcome, attentive and responsive to your wishes (thanks to Irina and colleagues). Absolutely: Have a signature drink at the cocktail bar. The bartender from Nepal (sorry I didn't remember the name) is open to any drink requests, it all creates a great atmosphere and a feeling of being welcome. Thank you very much!

United KingdomUnfortunately I slipped getting out of the bath and caught my arm on the glass panel. I thought this would move but it didn't, resulting in a huge bruise on my arm and being in pain with it for a good couple if days. Maybe this should be something that moves so it's easier for people to get in and out.
The location was great for us as we got the train to and from Paddington, so the having the hotel only 2 mins from the station was brilliant. The room was lovely, very quiet considering you were in the centre of London. Lovely bath products and the sheets were like silk. Overall a very lovely but short stay.
