You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomOnly downside would be that food wasn't served in evening. Or if so. Was closed early. But I understand that if it had few customers and was more economic sense to close. They did allow us to get a takeaway and gave us plates when we needed.
It was convenient for us to travel using train station. Albeit. It was 15 minute walk. The roo. Was spacious and tidy. Bed was comfortable enough. Facilities in the room were useful.

No shower gel in the holder. Staff wonderful and beds really comfortable. Bit of noise from one of the rooms into the early hours and they were also smoking. Would stay again but would specify that they check these things in my room first.
