We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing service! Very welcoming and engaging as soon as we stepped in the reception. We were upgraded to a suite with sea view which was a very nice surprise, the suite is huge and feels like a home, comfortable, spacious, peaceful and amazing view of the estuary. Spa was very nice and lots of things to relax, Free access was a nice touch too.

United KingdomPool family hours are only 45m in the morning and 45m in the afternoon and they ate strict with the schedule and ask the children to leave on the dot- very disappointing for the little ones. Breakfast was disappointing for the price. Very little offer compared to same quality hotels - we were definitely expecting more. The omelette was delicious but if we ever return we will prefer to have breakfast elsewhere.
Room 243 was amazing for our family of 3, it was spacious and a gorgeous view of the sea, Conwy castle and the mountains. Sipping coffee in the balcony was lovely. Staff was friendly, when we got to reception I was recognised by name - when I asked how they knew it was me, they said they were only expecting one more family so they knew it was us when we entered. Considering they have hundreds of rooms and it was during half-term we were impressed by the receptionist care to detail. The room decor was outdated but we think it was very good value for money and recommend it.

United KingdomA big "no no" for me was in the lovely bar/lounge area a group of business people set up for a very loud meeting. We had gone in for a quiet drink and another couple were having afternoon tea. Also never too keen on being served at the table for drinks, just took ages to get anyone's attention.
Loved the location, welcoming reception staff and our room was enormous with everything we needed. Plenty of free parking right outside the hotel.

Room spacious, well-designed and equipped, comfortable. Comfortable bed. Bath and shower excellent. Plenty of room for spongebag contents to be spread out (how often is that not possible in hotels!!!). Excellent breakfast. Great spa facility. Best of all, staff in all areas were extremely helpful and friendly.
