As far as my wife and I were concerned nothing could have been bettered for the hotel and room advertised.

Excellent view of estuary and mountains from our sea view balcony room. Room was very spacious with large bathroom and plenty of drawer and cupboard space for two people. Complimentary bottled water and Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch.

Booked a room with a balcony ,I doubled checked the room was available and reply from yourselves reassured me this was booked either ground or first floor on arrival I did not get the balcony and was told there was no availability to move rooms.anyway we decided to book a second night with a room with a balcony which was available but had to pay extra for it .it did not spoil our break away but just added Inconvienience we did'nt really want but on the whole an enjoyable stay .

Dog friendly but only limitedly. Ground floor room with patio door is good. No doggie pack, No treats, no toys, no doggie bed. Eating with your dog - was offered a dimly lit lounge with coffee height tables and sofas! And in full view of the foyer, which meant being looked at by everyone going in and out of the restaurant. Multiple guests made eye contact and smiled or looked pityingly or curiously. Felt like forced interaction. Discussed this with the manager, who then provided a normal height table but still in a dim room. I chose to sit with my back to the foyer, which was uncomfortable in a different way but better than feeling pressured into interacting with the whole hotel guest list! So many restaurants and hotels are now catching on to the fact that Dogs are just free to be everywhere in other establishments. It's time to reassess the complete policy. This segregation is considered very weird in France, Germany, Italy, or Netherlands.

Spacious room and bathroom. Immaculate. Fridge in room. Bottled water and drinks tray with tea coffee and welsh hot choc! Location fabulous sea and marina views and arriving by yacht is perfect. The spa is great. Pool and several hot therapy rooms Inc infra-red plus water jet massage. Also suit spinner in the changing room is a godsend. Very smart hotel which aims to provide high-quality food and luxury. A bit wasted on me as I'm only interested in space, quiet, comfort, and spa! Dog friendly but only limitedly. Ground floor room with patio door is good.

    The restaurant was rather expensive.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and in a good location with lovely views. The staff were helpful and efficient though perhaps a little formal. The restaurant and bar had good choices of food and drink.

The breakfast was essentially a cooked one and we would have enjoyed the choice of cold meats and a larger continental selection. The evening meals were confusing as there were 3 different menus and limited choices in which restaurant one could eat. The items on the early bird menu were not replicated on the other 2 and this caused confusion with the staff. Simplifying the process would help.

The hotel's situation is perfect with views of the estuary and Conwy. You could not improve on that. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and it was great to have a bath as well as a shower so one could relax after a day's walking. The free parking was also appreciated.

The coffee at breakfast was instant and we were told they don't make proper coffees for breakfast which is exactly when you need one. We were only informed after booking that hotel guests can only use the pool during peak time (which is all day) at an extra charge of £25pp. The whole point of booking a spa hotel was to use the facilities such as pool with our baby so this was an unpleasant surprise. Times for child swim were very limited which I can understand but still not really the point when you book and pay extra for a spa hotel

The room was large, bed comfy, helpful staff, lovely pool
