The windows looked out to machinery - a view would have been nice. I would have liked Room service for early breakfast - even if it is toast and fruit.

The lamb dinner was lovely - I would have like to have mint sauce with it though.

The room was really dark without a light on . There was no phone to contact reception.

The bed was so comfy . We had a great night's sleep.

Unfortunately the bed was awful. Large but over firm mattress and a bit lumpy. The lift was broken and we were not aware. Its two floors up and maybe a tad of staff help could have been offerred. As for the shower in room 45, i defey anyone to get the temperature right. It varied alot and settled as hot cold or tepid. Maybe better next time..

Handy hotel and a fair price.. rooms are good size (we had an executive double). The interior design is well done. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Food was good for the evening meal..overall the hotel does its best.

The shower couldn’t hold a temperature it constantly went from hot to cold which was not a nice experience.

Nice large room, very comfy bed. Tea and coffee in the room. Arrived late and left early which wasn't a problem as they have 24hr reception desk. Can't comment on food as we didn't have time but the restaurant looked nice. Was ideal to get onto the M4

The furnishings in the room are very worn out, cupboard doors didn't close properly and it just feels like a refurbishment is due. There was a note saying the TV is out of service and it appeared the note has been there a long time.

Great price and very close to Heathrow Airport, an ideal place to stay for a rest before heading off early. Excellent check-in process and friendly staff. The room was a decent size plus clean and tidy. Comfy bed and pillows.

It was tired and dated, lacks maintenance. The lift was out of order as was the tv service. Judging by the signs both had been for some time. Staff were slow to react to anything. For example, requested a small bottle of Prosecco after 10 mins was told no-one had the key for that fridge. During the wedding breakfast, people were shown into the room to see the venue, had to explain why the bride may not want her wedding used as advertising!

Omar! He was the only staff member that seemed to know what he was doing.

Didn’t have a good nights sleep as the pillows were inadequate, had 2 but might aswell had been one as they were very thin , most hotels offer additional pillows in the room. Cups were inadequate for a drink as it was one mouthful a mug would have been better

For some reason the bed was electric and the bottom and top could move up and down. However, it wasn’t obvious until I lay down on the bed that my side had never been fully flat so I was at an angle and ended up sleeping upside down at the end on the flat part of the bed.

We chose the location as it was a short drive to Heathrow Airport.
