We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower was great and had amazing pressure. I would advice that in our experience to ensure that the shower head is pointing down and then adjust for you height, if it isn't and you just turn it on, it floods the bathroom.
Room was very specious and a fan was available to cool it down in warmer weather, tea/coffee facilities available, bathroom needed a little bit of TLC . Breakfast has a great choice and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent and quiet.

United KingdomThe bottom of the bathroom door was slightly warped and didn't close fully. It didn't matter for me as I was travelling alone anyway, so didn't affect my stay in anyway ..... this was the only thing i would suggest fixing.
Staff (Steve behind the reception desk) was a delight. I checked in late (after 11pm) and he showed me the best place to park and walked me to my room to ensure the key entry worked (so I wouldn't have to walk back to reception if there were issues). The following morning when checking out, I had an Earl Grey tea bag attached to my invoice as a little prize - great touch - made me smile to start the day - thanks Steve!!!! I was there for such a short time I didn't get chance to experience breakfast or the wi-fi, but I would stay here again given the chance. The restaurant looked inviting as did the outdoor seating areas.

United KingdomThe electric kept cutting out, we had no way to charge our phones, have a coffee or dry our hair. This also meant the aircon kept also cutting out and on the hottest day of the year, the room quickly became unbearable. To the staffs credit, they came over and comp'd us breakfast (was delicious),
Great Location, for train station (if trains are running), nice size room, we opted for Superior double. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful dining area.
