Our room was very comfortable and clean. Lots of room even for my kids on a sofa bed . Courtesy coffee from a machine and very clean bathroom. Also free parking!

Bedroom was not well insulated for noise from room above. Mirror in bathroom not illuminated efficiently for shaving (or make-up).

Room was clean and good but sound-proofing less than ideal as footsteps from room above were very distinct. Bathroom light by sink was too large and in the wrong position (I hit my head on it) and no help when shaving since lighting was from one side only. Guide in room indicated that there were more choices for breakfast than were actually available. Kitchen managed to produce good food for dinner; less good for breakfast. Small staff numbers meant food took some time to arrive. Overall, not bad but could have been better.

My desk lamp was broken, and it took some convining to get a new light bulp. This should be seconds not 2 hours. And I had to wait so long for the cheese selection (> 30 min) that I finally gave up.

Friendlyness of the staff and a working air conditioning unit. So nice to sleep in a cool room ! And I really liked the quality of the kitchen. Excellent vegan meals as well as full English Breakfast.

Bedroom was too warm and dry for my liking, and the low-level sash window didn't offer much possibility for overnight ventilation.

Upon arrival I could not find the reception, I walked up and down a bit-there is an outside seating area, which had many people sitting there-I did not want to lug my big suitcase past them to see if the reception might be at the back of the restaurant (which it was). Luckily I was helped very nicely, after enquiring inside the restaurant. I struggled to connect to the wifi and only after complaining on my last day did they offer an alternative.

Lovely modern room, new towels and bedding and awesome mattress! I slept like a queen. Nice small touches like the coffee machine with decaf pods, fresh milk in the fridge and ionizing dryer would all make me highly recommend this place. I also had breakfast in the restaurant upfront and it was really lovely.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom in the morning. It was overwhelming. We arrived late at night. There was no signage to go to the back of the building to find reception. Clearer signage re check in or instructions would hv averted panic that it was closed.

Staff were very obliging. The room was well presented and comfortable. Happily minded our luggage after we checked out. Overall very happy with our experience.

The room was new, although no in the mail building. The breakfast was very nice and the bar and restaurant had a great ambiance. The staff was also friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Park Hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful with any queries we had, could not fault it. The room we stayed in was a family room with plenty of space for what we needed. Hotel was easy to find and we were able to leave the car after checkout while we popped in to London. The room was fairly hot but the room had air conditioning which worked well and was quiet.

Building structure appears to be of cardboard as could hear conversation and all movement from room above which affected our sleep.

Very nicely (and newly) decorated room. Bunk bed design was excellent for the teenage kids - it felt like they were almost in a separate room.
