The TV channels were limited, the room was a bit further (distance-wise) than I would have liked, and the location made it difficult to access public transport. It would be good to have a bus stop closer to the hotel or a free shuttle to a train station.

I liked the space in the room, the comfy pillows etc. I loved the swimming pool next door, and being able to use it before check-in and after check-out were perfect :)

Checkout time could of been a bit later. I felt I had to rush eating my breakfast to be checked out on time .

The bar food menu was not as varied as I would have liked. The description "full use of the health club" was not accurate as I was not able to access fitness classes.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a nice outdoor seating area to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Breakfast was verified and plentiful.

The double bed is actually two single beds put together. It is very uncomfortable to sleep in two. The toilet was not that clean on our arrival. There are only LED lights on the ceiling and the room was way too dark.

The breakfast was tasty and quite varied. The staff in the breakfast room was friendly and really made sure everything from hot food to bakery was always available. The room booked was quite big.

We put next to a room with a young child and didnt fall asleep till after 1am from them raised voices from the child and running about,i think everywhere needs a lick of paint outside 🙂

The air conditioning in the room didn't work and so the room was uncomfortably hot in some unseasonably good weather. Overall a minor issue.

The air con unit in our room was quite noisy

It was in a great location for us, the breakfast was good and the gentleman working the restaurant on a Sunday morning was a credit to the hotel so friendly and helpful.

When arriving the main desk was eating his lunch while we was waiting to be seen too. He was very apologetic, however he should have time to sit down and enjoy his break. The room only had a few working channels I thought with having its expensive look you would have had apps on the television. There was a switches that didn’t work in the room wasn’t the end of the world but I think what’s the point then being there if it doesn’t work.

Friendly staff , breakfast was very tasty and the waiter couldn’t do enough. It was abit to much but was harmless enough. The bed and the pillows especially was very comfy.

Breakfast room was good, however thy serve the same food two days in a row. a bit of change will be great since thy don't a la cute menu. I was not happy with the cleanness of the room because i saw cobwebs on the ceiling and a spider which means either housekeeping is not doing their job or someone whoever who need to check has not done it, water marks on the side of the bath that looks like not clean for a while.

Frist impassions great, Moden facilities like the Furnitures are great value for money
