The water pressure was a bit low in the shower but a good temp. My husband liked the bed but I felt it was a bit hard.

The view was spectacular. The employees we very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and we were seated with the best view of the Loch and Mountains. We felt very spoiled.

The noise level was off the scale!! You could hear staff dragging tables to set up for service, cutlery being put away. We were on ground level and every time someone moved upstairs you could hear single thing.

The hotel needed overall mantainance and attention to detail, (thngs broken on the rooms, wall paint chipped). There was no outdoor seating except for the restaurant tables. I don't know if they were understaffed or just really disorganised, but very slow, we always had to wait a lot to be seated, it took us 25 minutes to get the bill.

The hotel is in a really nice spot, surrounded by nature. The room was a good size. Nice staff. The food was tasty, but one of us got intoxicated the last night.

The breakfast buffet was very far from our table and in a corner room which caused a traffic jam on people trying to get food and carry it back to their table,

Breakfast was very poor. Continental breakfast was really poor. Hot breakfast was not good at all. Evening meal I had fish and chips. Fish was very greasy and the chips looked like that had been re cooked more than once.

Hotel location was superb. Staff were very good.

The restaurant food was over priced for what it was. The food quality for the price of the food was very disappointing. The swimming pool area needs a refurb, the sauna panels were broken and sharp and the sauna was very dark without any low lights. The bathroom in the rooms could have been cleared a little better.

The view was breath taking from the rooms. Staff were very helpful and polite

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning. The windows were open in the dining room and bugs came in, including a bee and a hornet. Service at our first lunch was very slow and it wasn't busy at all.

The views from the hotel property were beautiful. The location is incredibly picturesque and good for exploring the area. You can forgive any negatives just for the view and location.

The restaurant! The staff were all over the place, utterly disorganised and some of them were rude. We were served moldy bread with our Camembert entry for dinner - no compensation was offered, barley a proper excuse. The breakfast was served in a room warm as a sauna - making we question quite a few health regulations.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Front desk helpful! Room size good.

The photos of the pool on the website are not accurate. The pool area looks dingy and beat up - but still the pool was warm.

There was little space in the room for luggage but this is only a minor issue. The corridors are in need of refurbishment....carpet threadbare in places, but it is very obvious that work is in progress to update the place with work on painting the walls underway.

Check in was very friendly and informative. Room was comfortable and cosy. Good bar area to have a pre dinner drink and the barman was very chatty and informative about the hotel's gin brand. Dinner and breakfast needs to be booked as the hotel is very busy. They are mostly served in the conservatory area with superb views out over the Loch and the mountains. The food was excellent and service great with all the staff being very friendly. A good addition is the pool and spa area which we didn't use but looked lovely.

A little run down. The dining experience wasn’t very pleasant because some parents let their young children run around yelling while others are trying to enjoy their meals.

could not find the path to the lake, to have a bit of walk, to get access to the pool it was a bit overwhelming with the need to register and the need to insert a pound coin to the locker. in the end did not go there also due to many people and kids inside and the size of it being rather moderate.

Good location, nice view from the windows, convenient parking place with nearby EV charging stations.
