It was far more expensive than necessary for the facilities on offer.

The property is located close to a few beautiful hikes and close to a bus station (ballachulish) and tourist center.

The pool and pool area is quite small, with needing to sign in and out of area, and our bath tub just wouldn’t drain. Restaurant sorted out any issues we had, no GF desserts other than ice cream, which was disappointing. Different menu to online.

Lovely location, great views from rooms of the Loch. Good down stairs area, with a restaurant, bar and buffet breakfast. Can cater for GF.

The bathtub was very high without hand holds. And there was not a non slip surface in the tub. The shower curtain was too long to drape into the tub so it hung outside and the floor got wet. No body wash was provided. The dinner menu was limited.

Service was excellent! Breakfast was good. The setting is outstanding.

We arrived at 10.30 pm. Tired after a long drive from Glasgow. Noticed that there were still guests sitting around fire in the lounge area with after dinner drinks so we tried to order 2 glasses of wine. The waiter was ready to serve us but the supervisor said the bar was closed. I asked whether, alternatively, we could then just take 2 glasses of wine back to our room but it was still refused. That is not good service. In fact, it was a very bad attitude. Other than that, the breakfast staff were excellent and the checkin staff very friendly and efficient.

Only four slots within a time slot for breakfast. Asked to get replacement bulb for bedside lamp and never got replaced. Room cleaning was intermittent.

service was very slow at the bar with long waiting times. the restaurant Food was nice and reasonably priced but also very long wait and not as hot as it could be by the time it arrived. Callum was a great help setting up the room for a private party. The hotel was busy and appeared to be understaffed.

we have stayed several times over the years. the location great and rooms clean and comfortable. there is a varied dinner menu and good selection at the buffet breakfast. the pool is an added bonus and is well kept.

Location is amazing with spectacular view over the lake. Restaurant food was really great and it was very convenient to have the restaurant, bar, pool on site. Free Parking on site, supermarket nearby.

Waitress couldn’t have looked more bored if she tried while serving us with very little communication. Evening menu didn’t match the website menu so when it came to our meal there was limited choice & not what we had planned to have. Price point for basic room
