We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room.was excellent, bed was comfortable with soft fluffy pillows, we had a great nights sleep. Cooks restaurant was excellent, highky recommend giving it a try. Breakfast was nice with a choice of eggs. First time I've been offered boiled eggs chooked fresh.

We were travelling with our 9 mo pup for the first time. We were all made very welcome. Excellent grounds for him to explore,10 minutes walk to The Kelpies. Excellent quality breakfast. A separate restaurant on site was very accommodating with pup as well.

United KingdomProperty was very tired and needs decorating. The bathroom in particular was old and tired. Mould around the bath and shower head was mouldy and didn’t fit properly. After showering water was all over the floor. It was certainly not worth what we paid. Price was dropped drastically before arrival but no refund allowed as booked through booking.com. Manager gave us some Prosecco and a free dessert and coffee but nowhere near enough compensation for the drop in price 😡

On the staff's recommendation, we had tea and then walked circa 20 mins along the canal to see them lit up at night - gorgeous!
