Lack of toilet, few bathrooms, some water was leaked from the floor and showers few showers.

I like it because this plant is large with a lot of space and many activities, I recommend that the strangle groups be separated from the other people who come from tourism and business

Nice place, lots of toilets and showels, good bar inside, where you can also order a breakfast. In case smth is broken they repair it very quickly. Good wifi and self online check in. Nice location

The water didn’t work in the morning and in the late evening - the toilets, the showers and the water from the sink in the room was turned off. we were told to go all the way to the basement to take showers. This is not acceptable, when we pay for the showers on the floor we are on.

The location was amazing. Either walking distance or tube to every hot spots in London.

The rooms were very small, I had a 4 bed women's room Bathrooms were 1 female 1 male per floor they were showers and toilets very cold/drafty and hygiene below average unfortunately Also a very busy hostel with young kids around seemed a school camp or something

There was a gap between one of the bunk beds and the wall, so having the safety rail on both sides would make for a more comfortable sleep.

The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great too. Lockers to leave your luggage and the late check out option were extremely helpful.

bunk beds ok, huge hostel, nice in-house bar, near St Pancras/Eurostar, great neighbourhood: British Museum, Waitrose, Russell Sq. tube, great Fish & Chips at the Fryer's Delight and many other restaurants and shops

There was a used plaster on my bed. The bathrooms, particularly taps are dated and could do with a refresh. If there would be a kitchen it would have been perfect

The male toilets were not well maintained. Cistern tops were mixing. Many doors in toilets didn't lock properly.

good place considering it's a hostel. It's more for people in their twenties. Staying there you have a great chance of sharing room with guys who will come drunk in the room if you sleep earlier, but i had no problem. You just should consider this and understand that the enviroment is mainly for young people having fun during London nights!

Despite having messaged twice to let them know that I would check-in very late, the staff still tried to tell me I was checking in at the wrong time and then gave me no instructions at all about toilet and shower locations. I was ok with a shared bathroom, but I didn't know my floor wouldn't have one and that a lot of the others in the building would be out of service. When I checked out I tried three floors and didn't find a working toilet, it was very frustrating. I hope this was an isolated problem

Sinks were not working so you couldn't wash your hands or brush your teeth. Quite unacceptable for such a large hostel. In addition, my room was on the top floor and had to use the stairs from 6th to 7th floor. Not convenient at all. Also quite noisy.

The bathrooms, which are outside the room, are a bit difficult to use. Very tiny shower cubicle, and your water goes straight to other people's feet, as does their washing water. The 10 bed room was very small, being a tall person I was constantly banging my head on the top beds and there was not much space from one bed to another. The sitting area in the restaurant was a bit dirty too.

Staff very friendly, except for this guy that just pointed the lockers place for me without a word haha. I liked that the place has a bar/restaurant, and a nice sitting area for you to meet people or just work. Very nice breakfast too!

Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. A few showers/toilets were out of order on our floor, but this didn’t cause us too much of an issue.

Good value for money in a good location for a private room in central London. I would stay again for a short stay.
