Again, we were very satisfied, but just to mention a few small things that could be improved: There was no signal in many of the preprogrammed TV channels, and it was not possible to adjust the settings of the TV. It would be perfect if the TV would have an integrated Chromecast device, or similar technology, to stream media from your mobile. The mattress on the bed was ok for 3 nights, but not the best quality.

We liked the hotel very much. The location is perfect, with many decent restaurants and pubs in the direct surroundings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in a quiet street, next to many other hotels and it is quiet at night. Our room was on ground floor street side and we kept the window closed, and airco ventilation worked perfectly. The decoration of the hotel and room is modern, stylish, and the room is equipped with some very useful features, including a standard European wall plug, wired internet connection, usb-A wall plugs and digital touch controls for the lights and temperature. WiFi connection was stable and very fast. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I have to say that we booked a "cosy" double room but we received a free upgrade to an "executive" room directly upon arrival. They told us this was their largest room. In other reviews I see complaints about the size of the room, which obviously was not an issue for us. The bathroom and shower were still small but due to the intelligent design comfortable to use. I would still recommend the hotel even if the room would be smaller.

When I went to book same room for ten days later the quote was 2.5x Shame as I would have happily booked an additional 4 nights but it’s too expensive now. Funky smell from drain in bathroom overnight.

Location is 10/10. 5 mins walk to Paddington Station to take the Heathrow Express. Lots of cafes, restaurants round the corner. The room is very small but well equipped, fine for one night stay but a longer stay would be difficult.

The room was small and whilst cleverly utilized there were some problems: nowhere to hang bath towels, nowhere to hang clothes whilst showering, the usual unnecessary cushions and throw on the bed which must be removed when you actually want to sleep only to take up much of the little space left. On the last point in general something that annoys be about a lot of hotels.

Wi-Fi was absolutely useless, could not get any work done. The wired internet was also very unstable, was not able to watch YouTube on the TV for example. The room only had a window on a tiny courtyard with people passing, so we had to close the curtains all the time.

The room had everything we needed, except coffee machine(for non-uk people whom just a kettle is not enough :D). There was free coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not open in the early morning (6-7am) :( Also the shower was not clean - there was much calc and mold on the shower head. And it really didn’t comply with the temperature switch.

The hotel has an excellent location - 5min walk close to the Paddington station, yet far enough from the crowds there, it was so quiet and peaceful! There many good restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby as well. The staff were amazing! Every single one of them was always with a smile on their face, extremely polite and seemed genuinely happy to be and work there. The room was pretty clean and comfortable.
