    The bed seemed quite small.

Excellent choice if using the tunnel to travel into Europe.

In advance of my stay I had enquired if there was anywhere in the hotel to eat and have a drink with our dog. I was told we would be able to eat in the Lounge and could book a table on arrival. However when we arrived there was actually a wedding in the Lounge and so we were given the option of room service with the fee waived or a suggestion of somewhere to eat that was a 20 minute walk away. We opted to go to the place 20 mins away and it was good. However if I had been advised in advance that the Lounge would be unavailable I would have researched and booked another venue. Parking at the hotel is limited. There are Ev chargers but cars not charging just parked in these bays and there was no regulation of this.

Clean, in a great location and dog friendly

No parking spaces available at check-in time. Had to find parking a few hundred metres away, luckily found 1 space at the seafront. Would have appreciated some help on arrival to lift 2 cases up the entrance steps and through a heavy front door to reception area. Did not see a button for assistance. Breakfast food was only warm, (buffet) so was cold by the time you sat down. Utensils could be labelled or colour coded for meat/vegetarian foods in the hope that customers use them for the right items. Could not find sugar.

Locality close to the seafront. Room/ bathroom was clean, bed comfortable. Nice decor.

The bathroom was cold. The breakfast was disappointing.

Lovely building, a large stylish bedroom, huge bathroom. That they welcome dogs was essential, but we could even take him to breakfast.

I couldn't connect to the wi-fi on my laptop at first, but turning on my VPN fixed it. It may be a connection security issue. The wi-fi was a bit shaky in general but nothing significant. The pump of the handwash in the bathroom was not working smoothly and there was a slight drainage issue in the sink, but all very minor details!

Clean room, attentive staff, nice location, decent facilities

Only thing was the bed was just a standard double and a little small but that's a really minor thing and not really a gripe.

Really friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful hotel and the location was perfect being right on the coast and a nice stroll down to the main harbour and town.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable (very from, it may just be a personal preference issue) and the walls were thin- we could hear our upstairs neighbours until 12am!

The staff were friendly, helpful and well trained.

Lack of parking and the t-bags were poor

We were travelling down for a family funeral and the hotel had our room ready in time for early check in to allow us to freshen up and change. Everyone was welcoming. Hotel was clean. Room was lovely and bed was comfy. Breakfast was amazing, just struggled with the cup of tea both in the room and restaurant

A miniscule problem with the plug in the bathroom sink and the adjustable mirror also in the bathroom was a bit tricky, I was in room 351, apart from that, the room was fantastic.

The restaurant, bar staff and reception staff were so helpful and I couldn't rate them high enough.
