Bar staff weren’t very pleasant, always on there phone and kept us waiting at the bar for more than 10minutes. The breakfast was shocking, the hash browns had no potatoes in it, the sausages were burnt and it was most certainly not a £10 breakfast each person. It was more like £2.50. If I could get a refund I would.

It was close bay to Greenford subway, aswell as bus stops, it was spacious, it was over all ok and we liked the fact that families where staying in it and it was lively at night.

Bathroom not so clean, and couldn't risk having a bath - Northern thing. Noise, they need to stop which ever door is allowed to bang all hours.

Only slight issue we had was breakfast, paid additionally the night before. We stayed on a Thursday, partner advised breakfast until 10am. Popped down just after 9am cleaners out mopping breakfast room to be told no it is 9am on a weekday and that there is a small sign by the breakfast room. And told on the small leaflet your keycard is attached to in small print. Would be super handy if there were breakfast timings on the front desk itself due to not all trips being work based. Evening events people tend not to get up so early. We wouldnt have booked non refundable breakfast if we had known it was so early. Otherwise, great stay. Definitely recommend.

It is a 3 star establishment and very,very adequate.

Overall a very pleasant experience. I have been coming here over a number of years and it feels like home. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very clean, comfortable spacious rooms are a given at this establishment. The spacious car park is very secure with an electric gate and cctv coverage which gives guests with vehicles some peace of mind. I experienced an effortless self service breakfast which was new for me and it certainly beats the old system. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks for a great stay.

It's immediately off a busy roundabout so heavy traffic even late evening, but can't fault the accommodation.

Nice place with lots of character 👌 menu good value for money, rooms spacious clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was excellent personally I prefer this so I can eat what I get 😋 instead of feeling defeated with a large amount.
