We could not use the shower as we could not get in as the door did not open far enough, I am smallest y husband a little bit bigger I would say average size a real let down

Breakfast was Ok and in pleasant surroundings. We had lunch in the bar which was good but we had to wait a long time for it to be served

After finishing a hike on the 177-mile Offa’s Dyke, this hotel made the perfect reward. Our warm and cozy room had a great view of the ocean as the sun set. Best of all, the shower pressure was the best I’ve ever seen in the UK. Well appreciated! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were especially nice. We’d happily return here again.

if I had anything to say was shower cubicle a bit small and door hard to shut but at the end of the day it was a small bathroom , toilet didn't flush very well room 240

The pool and spa were out of action and just a slight blip on booking a table in the bistro bar, which was resolved quickly.

We love the location and had the best weather. We had such a great stay. Nice room, lovely facilities, great food, friendly helpful staff.

Room was a little warm in evening when heating came on and bed was a little hard.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even gave us an wedding anniversary card from management and staff. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Being put in a small alcove very close to a couple ,for breakfast, felt uncomfortably close unnecessarily when more tables were available.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, but apart from that, we were in a family room, and the view was very nice spot on but a bit far out from attractions so you need a car as the bus stop was about 10 to 15 minute walk away

It was excellent and the staff were very helpful also the breakfast was excellent and well worth the money and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful all in all very enjoyable.

The only thing I didn't like was the mirror in the room as it was directly across from the bed and the t.v would of been better on the wall in place of the mirror so it freed up the little space to do my hair and makeup just a thought 😃

The location was amazing right on the beach front, the hotel was fabulous very comfortable bed the food was amazing and well worth the money and it was finished off with a fab breakfast alot to choose from to suit your appetite 😀. The staff where so friendly and nothing was too much trouble definitely will be returning for another stay and I will be reccomeding to my friends and family thank you again for a lovely stay. I have included a few pics of my view while eating my evening meal it was so lovely.

wasn't keen on Prestatyn or the eye sore that used to be Pontins opposite. Meals very expensive but nice Facilities shut so that was disappointing

Nothing in particular disliked, only one small improvement perhaps a floor plan of the hotel available online as finding way around the hotel becomes confusing finding bistro/lounge/restaurant areas etc; or perhaps it was just me 🙂

The fact that the leisure facilities were not available due to refurbishment which unfortunately meant being woken up to drilling and banging early in the morning We were only told by email a couple of days before our stay that the pool etc would not be available which left it too late for us to look for alternative accommodation and we had made arrangements for our animals to be looked after.

The staff were excellent room was exceptionally clean and comfortable Hotel easily accessible Breakfast was very good
