There was nothing to dislike. Is it a little too expensive? Perhaps, especially in such cold weather.

It looks out over the sea and could not be in a better position. The staff were delightful.

Pool was closed, but was still costed in as a facility.

Mostly OK.....though pool was closed for maintenance when we arrived. This being one of the reasons I booked and was looking forward to after walking 177 miles !

I've stayed in much better standard of hotel for less money, feel it was a little pricey.

Lovely decor, friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast, the black pudding was delicious 😋 the hotel was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again. Only negative comment is I think it was a little over priced for the quality and standard.

I loved this place they had everything right down to a toothbrush if you forgotten one ..the staff was amazing they can't do enough for you and the rooms was excellent and the food was really lovely..hats off to the chef

- Some of the staff weren't very chatty. The only member of staff that had a chat with us was the bar man on the last evening we were there - If you want places to eat aside from the hotel bistro it's like the train station you either need to drive out or walk 20-30 minutes. There's nothing really local within 5-10 minutes walk aside from the beach hut up the beach

- Beachfront Location - Seaview room - Spacious family room for 4 adults (Quadruple room - 1 double bed and 2 twin beds) - Had 2 bathrooms - Breakfast was good with a variety of choice - Check in and check out was easy - Great place to stay for a few nights break - We didn't arrive by train however the train station isn't that far a walk probably 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you walk - Local taxis are quick and accessible to use

We could not use the shower as we could not get in as the door did not open far enough, I am smallest y husband a little bit bigger I would say average size a real let down

Breakfast was Ok and in pleasant surroundings. We had lunch in the bar which was good but we had to wait a long time for it to be served

After finishing a hike on the 177-mile Offa’s Dyke, this hotel made the perfect reward. Our warm and cozy room had a great view of the ocean as the sun set. Best of all, the shower pressure was the best I’ve ever seen in the UK. Well appreciated! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were especially nice. We’d happily return here again.

if I had anything to say was shower cubicle a bit small and door hard to shut but at the end of the day it was a small bathroom , toilet didn't flush very well room 240

The pool and spa were out of action and just a slight blip on booking a table in the bistro bar, which was resolved quickly.

We love the location and had the best weather. We had such a great stay. Nice room, lovely facilities, great food, friendly helpful staff.

Room was a little warm in evening when heating came on and bed was a little hard.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even gave us an wedding anniversary card from management and staff. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Being put in a small alcove very close to a couple ,for breakfast, felt uncomfortably close unnecessarily when more tables were available.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, but apart from that, we were in a family room, and the view was very nice spot on but a bit far out from attractions so you need a car as the bus stop was about 10 to 15 minute walk away

It was excellent and the staff were very helpful also the breakfast was excellent and well worth the money and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful all in all very enjoyable.

The only thing I didn't like was the mirror in the room as it was directly across from the bed and the t.v would of been better on the wall in place of the mirror so it freed up the little space to do my hair and makeup just a thought 😃

The location was amazing right on the beach front, the hotel was fabulous very comfortable bed the food was amazing and well worth the money and it was finished off with a fab breakfast alot to choose from to suit your appetite 😀. The staff where so friendly and nothing was too much trouble definitely will be returning for another stay and I will be reccomeding to my friends and family thank you again for a lovely stay. I have included a few pics of my view while eating my evening meal it was so lovely.

wasn't keen on Prestatyn or the eye sore that used to be Pontins opposite. Meals very expensive but nice Facilities shut so that was disappointing
