Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomParking is very hard as nowhere on site to park. Breakfast chaotic as only cooked food served. Everything else including toast, hot drinks, crockery is help yourself. This needs addressing as too many people fighting for space. Windows in our room didn't fit so very drafty.

United KingdomOur room was unbearably hot and really affected our sleep. It was very uncomfortable and we could not get the window open, there was no fan. We ate in the restaurant and the peppercorn sauce was split and just tasted of oil. One of the bartenders was quite miserable and didn’t look like he wanted to be there. There was also a shortage of a lot of the wines by the glass with very few options available
The host that welcomed us was lovely. The decor was gorgeous. Great location right in the square.
