Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe signage to rooms etc was very confusing. Not equipped for disabled people. On some stairs no banister and my husband actually fell. I did tell a member of staff about signage, he had a rude manner told me was waiting for new signs and basically walked away. Not great customer service off that particular staff member, however the rest were very pleasant very helpful.
Very well decorated. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great food, good breakfast. Our room was small but it was advertised as that so got what expected.

United KingdomCar parking is extremely limited ( and tight) for larger vehicles. The owners of the Swan should try and negotiate with the local council to secure all the making places immediately outside the property - even if a small fee needs to be levied for these.
The breakfast was the best Full English breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.
