Super comfortable beds and great set up for remote working in the lobby area with great co working offer. The staff were extra accomodating and let me check out an hour late for free as well as check in an hour early as my room was ready. It was so appreciated and I will definitely stay there next time I’m in Manchester

Only one lift working currently which means long waits sometimes. The fridge isn't cold at all. Bathroom is dated but it is what it is.

Spacious room but rather sparse furniture and wooden floorboards were quite dusty and seemed to not have been cleaned for sometime. The exposed piping and air-conditioning unit spoilt the appearance of the room for me.

Staff were polite and great working space in the lobby. Nicely styled restaurant and spacious seating area.

The room was quite disappointing after seeing photos of all the stunning rooms on the website. Our room was small with curtains that were stuck to the wall by grubby velcro. The TV wasn't plugged in and when we tried the sockets behind didn't work and then the aerial wasn't plugged in and the fridge didn't work. It felt like we'd been stuck in a room no one had been in for ages and it didn't match up to what we were expecting

The staff were brilliant, really welcoming and chatty. The bar and foyer are stunning and the decor is very chic

The issues with the flushing of the toilet

The Alan is always great and been many times before. Great big room and love the speaker. Had issues with toilet but mentioned to receptionist who was lovely. Unfortunately can’t remember her name. Was moved to a suite on the Monday which again stayed In before and is massive for a hotel room. Overall another great stay and I am sure I will be back again.

One of the bedroom lights in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off in all three of our rooms. It was also really hard to close the curtains and the rooms were a bit hot at night. The cooked breakfast wasn’t great unfortunately, sausages had no browning on and were a bit flavourless, egg was overcooked, mushrooms were bland. Probably wouldn’t bother with it next time as there are so many other great breakfast places in Manchester. Staff working at breakfast were so nice though.

I was happy with my stay I enjoyed everything maybe the £50 deposit is a little bit of inconvenience but was returned quickly after checkout

we had issues with a side lamp not turning off at night and the shower was weak, a complete difference from the last time I stayed so just a bad room I think

Breakfast. Breakfast was a massive let down. 40 minutes to cook 2 breakfasts at a non busy time. Most items cold. Beans burnt?!? Seriously, how do you burn beans ?

Superior room was amazing. Great decor. Very stylish. Very comfy bed. Extra stuff like Bluetooth speaker whilst getting ready was a nice touch. Good size TV. Great room for a night out base.

Bar, expensive and service slow. Wine (£23 for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, but cheaper wines not enough information to be able to make a decision whether you might even like then or not, so didn't bother) 1/2 pint of beer £3, 1 pint £6.50 (according to drinks price list), we were then charged £3.25. This was the only area in the hotel where the member of staff seemed unbothered - everybody else was super. We obviously didn't use the bar again!

Brilliant hotel, Reception and Breakfast staff all very friendly and helpful.
