We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA few small problems in the room, all bedside lights did not work and bed pillows were no good, very thin and flat. The hotel reception needs refreshing as guest were arriving and not sure where to check in, then sent down a corridor into a side cluttered room, felt like a bit of a boarding house, handing out keys, it was not a problem but an observation as a guest. The reception should be the heart of the hotel.
Good location, friendly staff, sea view, a good size room, quiet, clean, good breakfast and car park close by.

The hotel is in a great location. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds. Although the buffet breakfast was limited to having 7 items, the quality of the ingredients made up for this. The bacon was nice and thick and sausages were nice and tasty.

AustraliaThe room was supposed to come with a hair dryer but didn't have one. When I asked, apparently staff tried to track one down for me without success.very disappointing. The room was very hot despite not hearing on Shower was either freezing ore scorching hot
The location was great, close to town centre, pier and beach. Shops and restaurants nearby and at Souverign shopping centre you can park for 24 hrs @ £10 Very good choice at breakfast, nice to have fried eggs on a buffet instead of watery scrambled eggs I think we got upgraded from a lower level floor to 3rd floor which was nice. .

The staff are extremely welcome and very helpful, the buffet breakfast was hot everything morning and cooked perfect, they have a fantastic choice off lunch and main meals, that are very reasonable prices, it's very clean and house keeping is everyday with fresh towel changing bins cleaning, there also very friendly. The beach is located straight out the front off the hotel, and the overnight parking is in the multistorey car park at the back, which is very secure. The town centre is a 5 min walk, it's a perfect location to get to all the shops, attractions and nearby restaurants. Looking forward to going back there again next year

United KingdomThe one curtain had slipped off the runner and although we could draw the others to close out the light, a stopper at the end of the rail would have been better. My bedside lamp was in place but there was nowhere to plug it into - there was plenty of other light in the room though so I'm nit-picking - hard to fault it for the money!
The room itself was great, clean and tidy - much better than we had anticipated for the price we paid. Bathroom was lovely and the toiletries were a nice addition. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff we encountered were all friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Location was great and it is was so reasonably priced, we won't hesitate to book again.

United KingdomOnly two things wrong with hotel was in our room and the fan ws really loud and leaning over and the other was the kettle lead didnt reach the plug point so you had to put kettle in the floor to boil.
